Local on Nantucket's opinion... conveniently located right on the strip... steamboat has the best pizza on island along with the friendliest staff. The crust is great crispy on the thinner side, toppings are fresh. My favorite is the pepperoni or sausage. Hawaiian is excellent also. The pepperoni will send your taste buds on a ride. Nasty pricing but it's Nantucket. Kid gave pizza 5 stars. A little more Greek style from the appearance but that's typical up in MA. There are others in the area worth trying to find the kind you like.
No frills pizza spot but this is the closest to "NYC style" pizza on the island. Cash only if you go in person but you can pay via cc if you order for pick up online. Toppings are expensive and aren't the best quality (ex. canned mushrooms) but that won't stop me from ordering a plain pizza when the craving hits.
