“Honestly, some of the reviews I read before heading back here last night were not so great, so I was worried that maybe it wouldn't be as good as the several times I've visited in the past. But I'm so glad I ignored those because our wings, pizza, and beer last night were so good and it was such a fun Friday night. It was busy and crowded but all different types, families, couples, drinking buddies. It was as good as ever, the wings were really phenomenal and we enjoyed ourselves so I wanted to post to add some positivity. It was great!!“

“This place is the best authentic Italian restaurant in the area, hands down. You won't find chicken parm on the menu, which is perfect in my opinion. The service is awesome because it's a family business and they all genuinely care. The ambiance reminds me of a typical place you would find in one of the little hill towns in Italy. “Thought the waiter was top notch, we had 14 people in our party, a few provided feedback on what they ordered. The fish tacos were underwhelming, lacked flavor as did the chicken Marcello which was very bland. The fish and chips were a big surprise, large portion of fish, rather than the typical large portion of fries! My seafood with angle hair pasta was good, but a bit too much oil, and scollops were slightly over cooked, but I would order it again.“

“A solid step above your typical pub grub, this cozy spot is great for date night or gathering with friends. Nice vibe, creative menu, decent service.We enjoyed the pistachio chicken and blackened pasta entrees. Their desserts are also terrific. Service was good, despite our waitress pulling double duty behind the bar. On street parking was plentiful.“

“Let me start with I love bars. I especially love bars with character. And lastly, I love bars with great food and great service. The first time I walked into the Chieftain, my very professional bartender Kenzie made me feel like I had been here a hundred times before. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she filled me in on the history of the restaurant. She made me feel comfortable from the get-go. It's almost St Paddy's day, so I got the Corned beef and Cabbage. Spectacular is all I can say. This was the first time I've been here, and certainly not the last. I can't wait to go back.“

“Arrived 10 minutes early for a reservation. Seated immediately Ordered off the specials, both of us got the whole belly clams. They were delicious!! Had not had such good clams in years!! Good price, lovely waitress. Will definitely return!“
