“We went on a Sunday at 5p. The restaurant had a few dining parties, but not full. The atmosphere was very nice; a bit upscale, but not formal. It was not loud so you could hear the conversation at the table. The service was friendly and attentive, but not rushed. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with a shared appetizer of Fig and Prosciutto Flatbread which everyone enjoyed. I had the Lobster Ravioli which is what I get when it is available, so I have had this dish in a number of different restaurants. Pat's was the best that I have had. The restaurant has limited hours of operation, so I highly recommend making reservations so that you are sure to be seated. It is well worth it! Abbondanza!“

“We visited Honey Bird back in June. The chicken was outstanding so moist and flavorful. The drinks also did not disappoint, the ingredients blend together so well and zero hang over headache. My 6 year had yummy Mac & cheese with fries.“

“This place is such a gem in Rhode island, family owned by a hard-working couple who are so kind and pleasant and the food they make is just so delicious, you don't think that a pizza could he made with TLC but it is. My friends family has been getting food from them for decades, a Saturday ritual. The food is just clean well presented and delicious. I've since ordered many times, they remember my friend's family's order, and I've also purchased dough, Cheese and other things they have there. Not only is the food good, it's just nice to be greeted with a welcoming smile when you walk in. If you want to support local business and get good value and good food this is the place. Close to Attleboro Rumford and East Providence on Newport Avenue and I highly recommend them. I ordered a wonderful medley of things on a veggie pizza, and a wonderful hearty barbecue chicken calzone. I mace some zaziki to go along side of it, but not necessary lol try them and enjoy!!“

Every dish that came to our table looked and tasted like the main ingredient is love. If you are fortunate enough to go when Mama’s stuffed squash flowers are on the specials menu, you better try them. Isabella our waitress was absolutely amazing. “My husband and I went for the first time on Saturday and sat at the bar. We ordered apps and cocktails and of course oysters. Best oysters in RI by far believe it or not. Drinks were ok but food fabulous! Would have given 5 stars if not for the bartender. She focused solely on my husband the entire time even gave him a free drink. It was very obvious and blatant disrespect to me. My husband even commented on feeling uncomfortable. As a former bartender the general rule is to pay more attention to the wife than the husband out of respect but also because most often the wife is writing the tip. We will for sure be going back but will sit at a table and maybe only order sparkling water.“

“Went to Taqueria Lupita for the first time yesterday. We ordered tacos to-go (Al Pastor & Suedero). The tacos were delicious. Perfect really. Our hosts were warm and friendly and apologized for not being able to serve us at a table inside due the pandemic. I honestly can’t wait for life to return to normal so I can return to this gem of a restaurant for the whole experience (including Sangria). Apologies no photos I was too busy eating their delicious food! We ordered the Lavender Pop and Geisha punch and a Japanese old fashioned- the drinks were fresh and tasty! On to the food- Chix Yakisoba salad - delicious! SFYasai Itame salad also delicious! California roll - Tuna Crisp roll and Spider Shrimp roll and a Wayland roll. “I order on doordash often: they always read and apply my modifications and it's SO GOOD as a result..many restaurants that are otherwise good ignore requests like 'no cilatro' or 'no ketchup', but Samayoa always does me right. Great birria, great fries, great quesadillas, great burritos, great in general. Central falls Mexican is always good, and samayoa is the great Mexican that also cares about your requested modifications. Thank God. Love em.“

“For a hotel restaurant, we were very impressed. We ate here three times. Twice for the breakfast buffet and once for drinks and lunch.

The breakfast buffet is excellent. Good coffee. They give each table their own pot. The fruit selection was great. They have fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, French toast, cereal, breads, granola, Greek yogurt (I wish they had plain) etc.

The star of the show is the omelet station and the woman who works it. She is lovely. I forget her name - it starts with an S. Her omelettes are great and her warmth makes breakfast special. I think she is of African descent. We also had two wonderful servers - KC and I can’t remember the other. But they were excellent. They are attentive and friendly.

During lunch, Isaac was a one man show. He was tending the bar, he seated us, he took our order and brought us our drinks. Unbelievable. My son loved his chicken tenders. My wife had the mussels and I had the peach salad. Everything was great and we were pleasantly surprised.“

“Had dinner at the Roast House in blackstone. I ordered the prime rib sandwich with lettuce and sautéed onions with a side order of rice pilaf and it was the most amazing plate. Absolutely delicious and our server Samantha was incredibly knowledgeable with a humorous demeanor… If you are in the area, I highly recommend this hidden gem and ask for Samantha as your server .“
