“Gift Horse has been on our list for a while every time we visit Providence, and I am so glad we finally made it in. It was so good.

We came after dinner for some light bites and drinks, but honestly, I wish we had come here for a full dinner instead. The monkfish toast was fantastic, the oysters were incredibly fresh, and the martini was exactly what I wanted. 🍸

Even though we only came in for a few bites, everything made me want to come back and experience the full menu. This is definitely going on my list for our next Providence trip. A great spot for dinner, drinks, or just a few really good things at the bar. 🦪“

“Absolutely loved Puffcakes. they were incredibly light, fluffy, and delicious — they practically melt in your mouth. Everything was beautifully presented, and the whole brunch experience was wonderful. Such a fun and unique concept, and definitely worth trying if you’re in Providence!

“I had a birthday celebration at this restaurant. We sat near the cozy fireplace on a chilly night. The cheeseboard (varied cheeses, focaccia bread, honey, blackberries, nuts, jam, greens) and Pt. Judith calamari were beautifully presented. Excellent bottle of Pinot Grigio from Tuscany, Italy added to food, Staff was very accomodating. I enjoyed mussels, scallops, little necks over pasta in scampi sauce. Others had the salmon as well as the bolognese. It's a very roomy, quiet setting near the water. Staff came out to sing happy birthday with a luscious ice cream dessert with a candle on top. I was pleasantly surprised. We will return to this place for sure!“

“Really good Lobster Bisque soap purchased from a local supermarket here in NE PA. Backstory. I attended Endicott College back in the day and remembered sitting on rocks in Rockport with bunch of friends, enjoying the fresh, local seafood. 🍤 I recently noticed this brand while shopping and although pricey, I decided to try it for lunch today. The boil bag was easy peasy, enough for two bowls and like I mentioned to poster below, I purchased some RANA lobster ravioli that were void of any indication of lobster, although it was listed as second ingredient on packaging. I combined the two. What a delight with great flavor, thick broth and satisfying product. It’s what I purchased when your New England establishment is a distance away. It’s next best thing! 😋🦞“

“Came by for brunch on a whim. I don't even know where to begin..1) I can't believe we've never been here before, living minutes away. 2) Absolutely blown away by the vibe here. 3) The food was done right with creativity and craft. It fit right in with what we've been looking for around here and again I'm shook it took us as long as it did to find it.

Our server Grace was amazing, great service and an awesome insight on what we can expect to experience coming for dinner. Honestly looking forward to dinner here!

“We ventured into Providence to Providence for a quiet dinner on a Sunday evening. I'm so glad we chose Ten Prime Seafood. The hostess was charming, the waitstaff was professional, and the food was delicious. We started with the Chicken Nuggets & Caviar, crispy and delicious. The Lobster Tortelloni in pink vodka sauce deserves its own fan club. The sauce is rich without being heavy--creamy, bright, and so flavorful! The swordfish entrée was just as impressive. It was beautifully seasoned and grilled to that ideal point where it's still juicy and tender. We finished off the evening with perfect pairing of Creme Brulé and an Affogato. Ten Prime Seafood is a wonderful addition to the Providence restaurant scene!“

My wife had a small issue with her meal (no need for details), the managers took care of it no problem, which they don't have to do, so I want to take this opportunity to thank them. “So I randomly found about this place and had to go as my nickname is Iggi. We live in CT so the drive about 90 minutes and it was worth it!! This place is actual perfection. The food is incredible, the vibe is awesome, the service is the best and I even love the hoodie I bought there. Must try’s are the Lobster Bomb, Loaded Mash Potato flatbread, beer flight and the chowder flight looked amazing, I’ll try that next time. Everyone was so cool, all the servers, even the manager. “Its been a long time since we visited the Capital Grill and it didnt dissapoint. We chose 3 different steak and each were cooked perfectly. The Dry-aged bone-in Strip was flavorful and tender. The Wagyu Tenderloin was the best my daughter has ever had and my son said the same about his Ribeye. The butter poached libster tail was amazing as well. The clam chowder was excellent too. “This place is such a gem in Rhode island, family owned by a hard-working couple who are so kind and pleasant and the food they make is just so delicious, you don't think that a pizza could he made with TLC but it is. My friends family has been getting food from them for decades, a Saturday ritual. The food is just clean well presented and delicious. I've since ordered many times, they remember my friend's family's order, and I've also purchased dough, Cheese and other things they have there. Not only is the food good, it's just nice to be greeted with a welcoming smile when you walk in. If you want to support local business and get good value and good food this is the place. Close to Attleboro Rumford and East Providence on Newport Avenue and I highly recommend them. I ordered a wonderful medley of things on a veggie pizza, and a wonderful hearty barbecue chicken calzone. I mace some zaziki to go along side of it, but not necessary lol try them and enjoy!!“
