“So I randomly found about this place and had to go as my nickname is Iggi. We live in CT so the drive about 90 minutes and it was worth it!! This place is actual perfection. The food is incredible, the vibe is awesome, the service is the best and I even love the hoodie I bought there. Must try’s are the Lobster Bomb, Loaded Mash Potato flatbread, beer flight and the chowder flight looked amazing, I’ll try that next time. Everyone was so cool, all the servers, even the manager. Our server Nicole S deserves a shout out, she was attentive, knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend.“

“The LOOM hotel and The Brook Kitchen & Bar was a wonderful experience!! The staff were super friendly and the service was excellent. It was a comfy clean stay and The food at The Brook was tasty with good portions! The pancakes were fluffy and huge! Right across the street from a big mall that has a carousel, which was fun for our kids. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here when in the area and we would come back for sure! Thank you for the lovey time!“

“First time trying the lobster bisque and it was delicious! I’ve had other menu items in the past but the bisque is hands down my favorite! Who says you can’t enjoy seafood in the winter? Great for takeout on a chilly night. The dining in experience here is also very good. I’d reccomend for date nights during the warmer months. 🦞“

“We went over the weekend for the first time since new renovations. The atmosphere was amazing! The music was awesome, and out meals were delicious. Our server Deedra was marvelous and made my mothers Birthday worth the visit. We will be back.“

“This was my first time eating here. Let me start off by saying I had the best scrod I have ever ordered in a restaurant. When the waitress came to take our order I decided on a grilled chicken sandwich. I did not want the fries so I asked to sub a side salad (which I normally do at any place where I order a sandwich, usually a up charge) she said we don't do that but you can have a potato and vegetable. Who would want that with a sandwich! I declined and ordered the scrod. She then asked what kind of soup I wanted (apparently comes with the meal) or you can have a salad. I can sub a salad instead of soup but not for the fries. ODD! The bill comes and I was charged for a side salad. This waitress never said there was a upcharge, which i found odd. I would have paid it anyway. To bad they don't offer something healthier than fries with their sandwiches. This would not be a place I would rush back to.“
