“I had a birthday celebration at this restaurant. We sat near the cozy fireplace on a chilly night. The cheeseboard (varied cheeses, focaccia bread, honey, blackberries, nuts, jam, greens) and Pt. Judith calamari were beautifully presented. Excellent bottle of Pinot Grigio from Tuscany, Italy added to food, Staff was very accomodating. I enjoyed mussels, scallops, little necks over pasta in scampi sauce. Others had the salmon as well as the bolognese. It's a very roomy, quiet setting near the water. Staff came out to sing happy birthday with a luscious ice cream dessert with a candle on top. I was pleasantly surprised. We will return to this place for sure!“

“We hosted our daughter’s first birthday at Portside Tavern, and it was truly the best experience from start to finish. The event space was spacious, clean, and perfect for a private celebration. Set-up was easy, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the food was excellent. A special shout-out to Caroline, who was wonderful to work with and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and would highly recommend Portside Tavern for any private event. We’ll absolutely be back!“

“We are so thrilled to have discovered the gem that is Le Central. We have lived in France for a total of 8 years between us and have often lamented that French restaurants in the US rely on reputation and overcharge for nothing special. Le Central's food was fresh, homemade and delicious. Clearly great care is taken in selecting ingredients, hiring staff and running a very interesting beverage program. Bravo, Le Central! We will be back, and hopefully the very capable Tori will be working to take care of us again.“

“To the incompetent individuals @dewolftavern who stiffed us on the exorbitant take out Thanksgiving meal you provided missing half the turkey, gravy and the mashed potatoes we payed for and drove a half hour to pick up.... To the girl who insisted after my father asked if everything in our order was in the bag that it was, to your manager who was unhelpful and should be dealt with accordingly and whomever portioned out the meal should be reprimanded as well. Our oven is broken on Thanksgiving and your incompetence made it an even greater day.
