I had the pizza with no pepperoni — instead, it came with two kinds of spicy, sliced, dried cured meats that were SO much better. Truly the most flavorful pizza I’ve ever had. “I haven't had Chick-fil-A since I worked here many, many, years ago. I have craved it ever since. Everywhere I live, there is never a Chick-fil-A nearby, but my new job requires me to commute further than I normally would and this Chick-fil-A is close to where I work, which gave me an excuse to try it again. They have changed a lot (in a positive way) since my last time visiting. There was not a line when I pulled up. I was welcomed, my order was taken accurately by a friendly employee, and I did not feel rushed. My food was ready in no time and everything including the fries were hot! Highly recommend and will definitely return.“

“We told them it was our first time in and the experience was on average. Price was good, however I felt awkward at checkout because she didn’t give me or offer my change, I waited for it & instead she asked me if I wanted to order anything else. If you pay cash, they keep the rest (didn’t even feel like an option honestly). This should be mentioned before one pays the bill. Would have been nice to know that. If you pay card, you’re able to choose the desired percentage. Hope this helps!“

After 3 orders that were prepaid , again, prepaid, given a time, all 3 orders were not ready when we arrived. Two weren't even started. We even got a picture with her. In case there are more than one Pattys this one had brownish hair and in her late sixties to early seventies. she honestly made my week!“

“Me & My sister, attended there " Cow " Bingo event today. It's definitely was a good event as well as a fun one ! Everyone was friendly and welcoming to all the customers in.the restaurant. The food was good and very fresh. The bathrooms were very clean for the most part. They were giving out free soft serve vanilla ice cream with crushed oreos. Very tasty. They recently added addional parking this is a very busy location. I believe there planning on opening another location in ( Worc) in the former Walgreens " Webster Sq" . Every Tuesday if you have the app you can get free food just by playing the game how cool. Hopefully they do this again. We're definitely go again for there Cow 🐄 Bingo me and my sister. Thanks, for a good time Chick-fil-A , Worcester MA! I won the 3rd to the last on Bingo on the coverall!“

Never heard of them and we are always looking to one up our best pizza experience. Well that happened today.. this is an 11/10 all day. At 62 I’ve tried pizza at many, many places.. this was exceptional… and they are from our home town! Check out their upcoming locations.. go find them .. you have to try this.“

“I just had the meatball sandwich and potato salad. Honest review....the meatballs are AMAZING, the bread was very fresh and delicious. Very messy to eat but worth every napkin used!! “I want to make some suggestions rather than saying I do or don’t recommend this place. I’m familiar with Pepper’s, and I like to support hard-working chefs, especially when they use local farms and vendors. The overall concept of self-service is fine, but I preferred the table service of the old restaurant. It felt a little more closed in, and I also don’t like the paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils. Real utensils were available, though. The salad choices looked really healthy and colorful, and the menu was certainly varied enough. I saw a frittata being served and it was the size of a half piece of pie, though it looked good. My friends and I opted for soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, thinking they would be more like upscale comfort food. Two of us had the bacon-tomato version, the other had the mushroom. Since they were pre-made, then popped in a convection oven, they were more like melted cheese on dry, light toast, versus the buttery, golden goodness that makes a grilled cheese what its name implies. The portion was small and the fillings meager. If the idea was to make it a healthier grilled cheese, even a drizzle of olive oil might help. The soup was luke-warm, but tasty enough. We shared a dessert bar, which was delicious, with black coffee, which didn’t taste fresh like it had ben sitting a while. Be forewarned that if you pay by credit card, an automatic 15 percent tip is added, though you have the option to change it up or down, if you happen to notice it. There wasn’t much service involved, and you clear your own table. My portion alone, which included the sandwich with chips, a cup of soup, dessert bar, and coffee, plus added tip came to just under twenty dollars. I would give it another shot, but there is room for improvement. We all agreed that the dining experience was at a grade of about C+. Wishing you success in the future... Hope this helps.“
