“Quite simply excellent Asian cuisine. They aren't kidding when they say that your name and face are remembered. One of the waitresses, Sharon, is one fine example of that. She remembers our preferences from visit to visit plus she is friendly and accommodating. Do you enjoy sushi? They have great, fresh sushi just waiting for you to sample! Check this place out. You won't be disappointed!“

All the food I ordered was delicious except fried calamari. Looked terrible and smelled fishy. Don't let that sway you from enjoying this resturant. Very nice place and friendly staff.“

“POSITIVE: Good hot and sour soup. Good lunch options (food quantity and price). NEGATIVE: 1 person took our order, another person delivered the food to our table. No one came to check if everything was ok, or offer water refill. Kung Pao chicken was more sweet than spicy. Would not order again. Crab rangoon was overcooked and hard to eat. Went during a Saturday lunchtime. Very few customers until close to end of lunch special time. On-street parking, so limited by time of day and other business customers on the same street. It's a little "hole in the wall" place; easy to miss. In all fairness, I would try it once more to see if other dishes are better.“

“J and J is my families new spot for Asain tasty treats. Jean is a fantastic owner. She makes you feel like family from the time you enter the establishment. Sushi was fresh and delicious. They even made a special chicken tempura roll for my wife and added it to their POS ordering system for future visits. We call it the Elisabet roll named after my wife of course. My kids smashed every morsel of food on their plates which is especially rare for my picky 6 year old daughter who just loved her fried rice and Salmon. Kids meals are adult size so it's a great value . I had two Scorpion ? Bowls which got me feeling pretty lively. I imagine moving forward we will be doning weekly at J & J . “The vibe here is great, we love to go down Friday or Sunday night and sit at the bar. Always busy, get there by five if you want a seat. Tom makes the best drinks, martinis are fabulous, and he makes a mean Manhattan. Tap beer is ice-cold, salt and jalapeño pepper wings, and the maki are our favorites.“

The portions were hearty and seasoned just right. It is also reasonably priced. “If you haven’t eaten here you certainly should, it’s a hidden gem with the best dumplings I have ever tasted. The lady who owns and runs it is a fantastic personality and a joy to see for every short occasion. I would have posted a photo to show how perfectly crisp they are but I ate them before I thought to post and ate them far too quickly. The homemade dumpling sauce is such a compliment. Highly recommend going out of your way to make it here for the times it’s open you wouldn’t regret it.“

“We love it here. The food is so authentic and spicy. It takes your tastebuds to a whole new place. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It’s truly a gem here, and the authentic nature here makes you appreciate their culture. Also, the Mai Tai is wonderful and the price is reasonable for the quality of food you are getting. The restaurant is huge, and we only had to wait once on Chinese New Year. We get the Spicy Jumbo Shrimp, Sweet and Sour Picked Radish and the Smoked Pork with green pepper. You must give this place a try if you keep an open mind, and truly want authentic cuisine. It’s simply the best! Thank you.“

“Went here 2/29 for the first time, Wendy and Kait were absolutely amazing, attentive, kind and quick! The food was hot, fresh and had amazing presentation! Drinks were fantastic and the pricing is beyond reasonable! We will be back ASAP! HIGHLY RECOMMEND both their Chinese food and Japanese food, sushi, egg rolls and lo mein were incredible! “This is a special place. Very friendly and welcoming people. Best Peking Ravioli by a long shot over anywhere else in town. Full of flavor and the dipping sauce has spices added that make it a great accompaniment. Not just the same stuff others offer. Soups full of fresh vegetables and tasty broth. I did like their river eel dish that is difficult to get from Asian restaurants, where I usually get sea eels. Overall the food is moderately spicy so most people that have tried Chinese spicy food will be able to enjoy.“

“Just ordered luncheons Sushi fresh and delicious with a generous amount of sushi, miso soup and a salad. Also got luncheon with chow Mein came with wonton soup and crab Rangoon. “I have always gotten a great dinner from them. Their food is always good. Well worth the price. Once, they forgot to put our chicken fingers in the order. They kept trying to call us on a cell phone that we don't usually answer. When we got home, we called them, and they offered to send their delivery guy out to us with just 4 chicken fingers. “I got the lunch special boneless spareribs that comes with pork fried rice, also 6 chicken teriyaki skewers for total of $20. The skewers really worth the money as they’re big pieces, very juicy and tender. As for the rice box $9 is a bit pricey for the spareribs. They were so dry and hard with no flavor. However, the fried rice itself was great. Still super full after throwing out the spareribs and still leftover. Not much expected from these Chinese fast food takeouts but can be cheap enough for a quick meal.They no longer have tables for dine in option. But the owner seems friendly“
