“The best pan-fried pork dumplings I have EVER had. The filling is amazingly juicy, and dough isn't too chewy.
The scallion pancake is also perfectly crispy, flavorful, and not too oily.
The bao buns are a little dry, but very fluffy, and the wonton soup has a good umami broth.
Overall an amazing restaurant, a superb chef, and a wonderful woman up front who kept serving even when her foot was in a cast (wow! Thank you!)
The boba is also a good little treat, with the best being the brown sugar milk tea. Great food, and I'll miss them when I return home.“
