“Out of town - was looking for a nice lunch outside of Worcester. Found this spot and looked delicious from the photos.

Outstanding authentic Italian sandwiches rivaling any and all of those in our home of New York.

Impeccably clean. I mean the hand crank meat slicer blade literally was a mirror. You can tell this couple really takes pride in their food, and food safety of their clients.

Tough parking, and limited seats, but dont let that stop you. This place is a must stop for delicious, authentic Italian sandwiches and wraps.“

“We brought three generations to Special Teas to fulfill my mother’s wish to have tea with her daughters and granddaughter. It was a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon. The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive. The variety in teas allowed everyone in our group the opportunity to experience unique tea flavors. “Did a morning cars & coffee event here - plenty of parking, cute place with a great vibe - nice, friendly and helpful staff greet you with genuine smiles. Bought coffee beans and they ground them for me, got a coffee and corn muffin on the grill - both were perfect. 10/10 for me - will return again.“

Only complaint is that they charge you for a full cup of coffee if you’re getting a refill after a cappuccino. How about a dollar off at least! Besides that, really pretty location and clear attention to quality.“

“My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to check out this new coffee shop after it came up in a Google search. Let me say I had not met the couple that owns the shop before today, and yet I have never felt so invested in wanting to see a new shop succeed as much as I did this one! The owners are a lovely young couple, extremely friendly, and accommodating. They love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I ordered the Pi (egg sandwich) and a cold brew coffee. Both were excellent. They roast their own coffee beans and it had just the right amount of roasted coffee flavor. There were a dozen other things I wanted to try, including the creme brulee cheescake, the baklava cheese cake, and the Greek pies. My wife got a hot coffee with almond milk, mocha and peppermint. I like my coffee creamy, and this was the first coffee with almond milk that tasted good to me. I have found my new favorite coffee shop in the area. Whatever you're doing, drop it and visit Coffee & Pi now!“

“First time at First Bite today for brunch - everything we ordered was excellent. Our new favorite breakfast spot. Flights of waffles, pancakes and french-toast, eggs-benedict (Irish) with corned beef hash and what had to be a homemade english muffin, bagel breakfast egg & cheese sandwich and junior breakfast with CRISPY BACON - they asked how you want it regular or crispy. Love THAT. And the hollandaise sauce spot on! Great coffees too.“

“I was early an hour and 20 minutes for my 12 o'clock. Appointment and I didn't have a breakfast, so I happen to spot this right around the corner, and I have to say, I've had the best onion, bagel sausage, egg and cheese, sandwich that I've had. In a long, long time and home fries were really good too. The staff was wicked friendly and I felt very comfortable in there.I would recommend it 😎👍“

“The bagels are made fresh daily. They sell day old bagels for a discounted price. The eggs are not microwaved, and the meat for the sandwiches are not microwaved either. Everything is made on a short order grill. I drive 30 mins out of my way to have someone ride do it right. I have not found a place within Worcester County that does it this good.

“Not sure why it’s taken so long for me to do a review, as I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I come here at least 1-2x a week.The food is always creative, delicious and fresh. When I want quality food fast, this is my absolute go to. I haven’t had one bad selection yet. To top it off, the employees are super friendly! The location is great and convenient. Only thing I’ll say is, I wish they were open longer!!! :) Otherwise, this place is great in my opinion.“

They made every effort when I told them I didn’t care for my meal. I ended up with bagel and cream cheese that was really. My friend had a blt, she loved it. It’s comfy and nicely decorated.“

Today I went and perhaps there was someone new on the line, I ordered a grandmas meatball and it did not have any basil or garlic aioli on it. Nevertheless it was still delicious and I won’t count that against them. Always super fresh ingredients and the chowder is amazing too!“

My grandmother, who hardly ever indulges in sweets, ate about 10 blueberry tarts. The macarons (my #1 request) were all delicious. Beyond everything, the reason to work with Elm’s Cafe is because of Denise. She was a delight to work with- relaxed, attentive, detail-oriented. Two weeks ago I was here and the girl that was at the register left the register because she was under pressure because supposedly I ordered too many things! She walked away crying if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work somewhere! I asked if you was upset with me I ordered you pick 2 cream of broccoli soup one turkey bravo half of sandwich a cup of iced coffee and some chicken for my dog one orange scone! So what’s the problem! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“

“I did not, in fact, eat here. I just used the bathroom. I often use the bathrooms at panera because they're clean & typically smell of a delightful fruit or herb. I occasionally buy an asiago bagel or coffee as thanks for having stellar facilities. The asiago bagels are awesome and you should eat some. But they usually sell out early, by lunch, so that's a bummer.“

“Stayed here for about two hours in between business meetings. Product is just what I've come to expect. Good coffee. My only complaint was there was a cold breeze in the lobby even though the doors were closed. Probably coming from the HVAC and it didn't matter where I sat, the cold air was moving pretty good. After a while I was able to ignore it. There was barely anyone inside, so maybe the HVAC is set to a setting expecting more people inside putting off body heat, which is typical for many Starbucks.“

“Miranda is a charming Brazilian spot with a unique atmosphere. Although the staff didn’t speak English, they were incredibly helpful, and I was able to order the Miranda breakfast sandwich, which I absolutely loved. The flavors were authentic and delicious—definitely a memorable experience!“
