“In Boston during FB season and searched for a Packer Bar - BansheeBar kept showing up and when asking around they were the #1 recommended place. “First time at Cityside last night and it was great! The Nachos were so good I wish we had gotten a large, the buffalo wings had a nice crisp to them which made them amazing. For entrees I had the fish tacos which were good but not all that and my fiancé had the cheesesteaks which can’t be compared to cheesesteaks on the North shore but still good. The drinks were good but pretty pricey. My fiancé liked every drunk he got besides the Mai Tai. It was super nice being on the roof top which made the entire night 💕 I definitely would recommend.“

“I go to Novato’s and pick up from there often. Every meal I have had has been very good! The staff is courteous and attentive. “The Liberty is a neighborhood gem, interior has the bones of a classic diner street car, all narrow lines and lived in charm, with none of the gimmicks some places lean on to fake that feel.

The crowd is what makes it. A comfortable mix of working folks and locals who clearly know the staff by name, and the staff know them right back. Service is warm without being performative, the full bar is a nice surprise for a no frills spot, and the food is exactly what you want when you walk through the door: home cooked meal with generous portions.

“Service at the bar was outstanding and the BBQ special was by far one of the best we’ve had, and we’ve eaten a lot of BBQ in our days. I wanted “comfort food” and to me that screams chicken pot pie. The dish was basically tasteless and had a thick, over flowered, white gravy. You could hardly make out any of the chicken or veggies. Everything else was outstanding and would recommend revamping the dish or take it off the menu.“
