“Really good and surprisingly large donuts. We waited in line 25 mins just to get inside (not a problem as the place is clearly popular) and order. We ordered 4 donuts (plus 2drinks) but as we were going to keep the donuts in the car while we spent a few hours at the beach I requested a box (she has started to put them in a bag). Well I don’t know why she got so upset that I requested a box, she gave me the meanest stare and smirk instead of just saying ‘sure no problem!’- the lady from Jamaica. That made us feel very uncomfortable. Then when we check out the tip screen comes up and you guys expect a 25% tip? Please take care of your customers and drop The attitude:) a box costs 50 cents max.“

“Stopped in shortly before they were closing on 4th of July. They were all so kind, shop was super clean and cute. I ordered the tuna sandwich ( can't remember the name ). It was SO GOOD. Really fresh bread with sesame seeds. Made so neat and everything perfectly stacked. The folks take pride and it showed. Thank you for your kindness and delicious sandwich.“

“The place is conveniently located in the middle of Chatham on Main Street, has ample free parking, has a wonderful homey old-style New England atmosphere given that it is in a converted two-story house, and the locates and tourists alike feel at home here.
The staff is cheerful and prompt in serving the iconic Dunkin Donuts specialties, which are significantly less expensive than at gourmet upscale coffee and tea shops.

Whenever I am in Chatham, this is my first stop in the morning, or later in the day to obtain a coffee drink to accompany a drive.“

“This Dunkin is a busy Store considering it is inside a Gas Station Store. I must say the girl taking my order diligently repeated back the details allowing a correction.. this I 👍. She did this meticulously for the all the orders I saw when I was there. I got a Glazed Stick it was fresh and great tasting.. The selection of items was minimal as I was there after 9AM.. My order was does in only 5 minutes and that speaks well for the a.ount of orders this Dunkins takes . Overall, hardworking staff, polite and diligent. Nicely done on a Saturday Morn for the Legion of tired and Cranky that come thru their doors on the weekend. The Dunkins Food and Coffee Prep area as well as counter looked clean and proper.“
