“What a terrific spot! We found Veranda because we were searching out GF pizza near airsoft play. Thankfully, not only did we find "celiac safe" pizza for my son, but it was absolutely delicious! The complimentary latte I had in house while waiting was also worth the visit. Would highly recommend.“

I have been many times, and have recently ordered macarons for an event. Over the many instances my friends, family and I have eaten there, I have had nothing short of a flawless experience. “My ex-girlfriend put me on to Acoustic Java my sophomore year of college, and while that relationship didn't work out, I owe her my life (and GPA, and crippling caffeine addiction) for introducing me to this heaven-sent coffee shop. My personal favorites are the lavender latte (it sounds weird but it's incredible, I promise), the caramel latte (basic, I know, but it's so rich and flavorful), and for a quick bite, I absolutely slam back the avocado toast. I could go on and on about how great of a place it is to study, chat, enjoy live music, and just chill on any given day-- even if I sometimes have to run into my ex. It's worth it. I'm going to fall into a deep depression when I graduate, and won't be in the area anymore, but I'm enjoying it while I can.“

“Best steak and cheese I've had! This is a place to sit grabb a beer, chill and wait with time for your food. I went on lunch break, so I was in a rush. Definitely will be back with more time, because that sandwich was worth every minute. ?“

“Driving through Webster and all I could see was Wendy's, Burger King, etc. Happened to see this place and pulled in. Looked promising.Got the Chicken Sammie and it was amazing. This place is a farm to table kind of place and I wish there was more of this everywhere!For a drink, I got the fresh squeezed lemonade and it was as advertised. Excellent.Definitely cost more than McDonald's, but I left there not feeling like death. “Small but fast service. Usually stop Saturday and Sunday on the way to Market 32. My breakfast is usually apple pie topping on texas, french toast or pancakes 12 inch each. Either 1 to 4 each. My wife likes a simpler breakfast with Popeye French toast. Middle of toast round cutout with fried egg in hole, get fried toast hole on side. Prices were not raised as high during recession as chains. . .Parking: Plenty of spots.Kid-friendliness: More adults than kids. Mostly singles and couples. The staff remembers guests ons weekly visits. Fast Service. Coffee cups kept full. Very friendly. Customers will change seats to accommodate new customers.“

“Went here for a Sunday family breakfast. Even though the place isn't very large, our waitress accommodated our large gathering of 5 adults and 5 children. The food was excellent and even though she was extremely busy, our waitress was very friendly and fast. Great atmosphere. We will definitely come here regularly from now on.“

They are slowly making subtle upgrades to the space, but I already love the homey, casual feel. It has options of a family table of 6 to 12, or smaller, intimate booths or sitting at the counter. “Great Bar - Nice Patrons My friends and I came across this bar after eating at the Italian place up this street. Everyone at Cicero's seemed to know each other - it was obvious that we were new there (out of place?), but everyone was really nice to us. I chatted with many other patrons there. The guy sitting next to us won a game he was playing, and bought drinks for everyone at the bar including us. Very comfortable atmosphere. Women's bathroom was very clean. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. I don't live in the area, but if I am again, I will definitely go back. Thanks“

“First time visiting this bakery & eatery. I did not eat here but did buy a couple of different loaves of bread and cookies for an event. Everyone loved the cookies and bread. I look forward to coming back. This is a real old school type establishment.“
