“Coffee gives me the loosies....the breakfast food is average at best. The donuts are good...IF you can find the kind you prefer (as funny as it sounds,the donuts are extremely limited)
I guess it's safe to say I pretty much only go daily because of the wonderful &Amazing staff! Place would be alot better if they implemented Bloody Mary's to the menu !!“
“Extremely friendly staff. They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen - but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right. All my best to those who have to serve customers who have not had their coffee yet, this team does an amazing job.“
“I stopped by quickly in a rush on my way to work - there was a car in front of me with a long order and to help me avoid the wait the woman at the first window came outside to bring me my coffee! She was so kind and made my day - thank you for the wonderful service!“
“Joe just went into the dunks and after pretty much giving up on being taken care of like the manager said.. when I went in the guy only took the money for my coffee and told me the donut was free. I thought hey better then nothing though I thought I should of been offered a coffee 1 time for free . The manager did say they would take care of it been there at least 8 times since the meds up and never even acknowledged so I had hivinup on it and was fine with that but then the kid tells me my donut is free. I've paid. And tipped and manager calls me back to counter confusing the kid and myself making me believe for a second he was going to refund the coffee. But NOPE. He yellse the rice of the donut and has me pay for the item I was just told was free. Don't know your morals. But in my world. That's just wrong. Whatever. OVER IT. I ALWAYS GET SCREWED. Not only am I USED TO IT. But I should have known better. Shame on me. .“
“Just witnessed an irate customer who was very self entitled trying to berate staff because they made her coffee wrong, then she demanded they re-make it twice because they used the same sticker on the new coffee and customer thought they dumped out half the original and didn’t really re-make it.Staff then showed customer the old coffee which was still on the counter.Staff were very patient with this oblivious and angry customer who should never go out in public again“
“Service, food and beverages here are on par with other Dunkin’s. Their staff however always seem completely miserable. Don’t expect smiles or pleasantry here.This location is also super busy during morning/afternoon commutes and school drop-off/pickup times.“
