“I absolutely love this restaurant! I try to make sure I go at least once a week because I just can’t get enough of their homefries. My kiddos love the huge chocolate chip pancakes with whip cream! The staff is always so friendly and we never wait long! We were so happy to see them open back up on Sundays!“

“We ordered the hot olive medley, which was really good. My friends also enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms. The filet mignon came with a lot of yummy vegetables. The cheesecake was memorable because it was so good. Our server was super sweet and very attentive. We even had a private room to dine in. Definitely want to go back!“

If you like music check out their open mic or live performances as noted online. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: There are lots of options for vegetarians either specific veg options such or items that can be tweaked to be veg friendly.Parking: There are free lot spots available but I’ve never had to look past free street parking right out front.“

“Food is decent. Better than Athol pizza, and Zetas, just saying. Good selection of food cooked to your liking. Fast service but no delivery service which sucks, but they do have curbside pickup if you don't want to or can't go In. I would and will order again and out of all restaurants in this area downtown this is the one you should go to. Best BLTs ever!!“

“We had a great experience here and highly recommend it! We were in town for a wedding and loved our stay here. The Garden View room was so cool with its 11 windows wrapping 3 walls. The bed was super comfy and the window AC worked well, which is crucial for me. Joe was lovely and always available to help. We enjoyed sitting in the living room with some friends before bed. Joes cooked to order breakfast was delicious. I can tell Joe pays attention to detail and it shows. We would gladly stay here again.“

“I love the building & the very tasty beers. And the most interesting bathroom artwork or posters. A person could stay in there a week & not read everything. I love the history of the area all written on brochures which are all stuck on the walls. I may take my mug of beer & a bit of pizza & stay in there for a long while & just read.“

“I ate here for the first time this past Labor Day. The place was absolutely packed, I had a very short wait, I do think the fact I was solo didn't hurt. The staff was pretty awesome, the kept my coffee cup full, the real star of the day was the food! I had the Black Angus steak, eggs over easy, home fries, a side of links and English grilled. The steak though, done a perfect medium rare and what ever the marinade was sent it over the top for me! I will eat here at the Station again, very soon.“

“Although you wouldn't think much of the outside of this restaurant, the food can't be beat! We visited this restaurant last summer and I don't remember exactly what we had, I know we've been wanting to go back ever since! I know we had seafood and it was very fresh and for a small restaurant, the menu was very diversified. Can't wait to go back! We live quite far from Barre, so we'll take a road trip there soon!“

“We were looking for a different place to have a bite for dinner. When we arrived we had a large selection of seating. We chose to sit away from the front door in a room off to the side. The waitress was clearly covering multiple rooms and areas. She was excellent with multitasking. We ordered... I had the burger with jalapeños and cheese with onion petals, my husband ordered the bleu cheese burger with fries and my daughter ordered the scallops with house salad. Everything was good. The bleu burger was LOADED with blue cheese. I ordered a Seabreeze but they had no grapefruit juice so the waitress made a capecodder with grapefruit vodka and sparkling water and it was very good-she created a very good drink! While being served the restaurant became very busy - people at every table and the bar was full. Over all our meal was very good. Service was excellent.“

“I’ve been coming here since it opened. You always have the nicest and most attentive bartenders. Alia for instance always holds it down with a smile on her face. Even when she is dealing with degens and poodlehats, she is kind and positive. Even when the place is in the weeds she holds it together. Alia is a big reason I come here at least once a week, sometimes more.“
