“Only two people behind the counter on a Monday morning. Young lady at the register was very busy but very friendly, and great multitasker. The manager running the drive through was working hard, but a little abrasive with customers sometimes.“
“I used to visit DD daily even after working at several locations but I've gotten a uncooked muffin just straight dough and also my last coffee was like a dirty water... I always have gotten great products from our local DD but the last few months have been a real eye opener for me, the app didn't even respond either after I told them about raw uncooked muffin !!!!!!!!!

“The best dunkin donuts shop in Berkshire county is the Dalton ave location. The staff is, by far, the most polite and respectful staff. This location happens to also be the quickest with taking your order and receiving your food in ample time. I live closer to 2 other locations yet I will walk an extra half mile just to go to the Dalton ave location.“

Whatever signature drink regardless if I want a EL Frozen, EL Hot, or EL Iced its always made with care and perfection. If its later in the day and you need a good drink go into east street dunkin and ask for EL Jon and ask for one of his EL classics!“
