The manager of the JM near me said no. I even told her Id call somewhere else, she said "OK" with such attitude. So, I called Plainville Jersey Mike's as Ive ordered here personally and am never disappointed. Well, once again, no disappointment from Plainville Jersey Mikes!! I told them what I needed and they were more than happy to help! The team is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and organized and the food is fresh!! I spoke with Wesley after my event and he made sure everything went well and all my clients employees enjoyed the food! (They did!) “Stopped in for the first time last Friday and our family was so excited for my husband to come home with 2 Italian Subs and 1 Steak and Cheese, First, the size, ingredients and price were very generous and reasonable. Forget Jersey Mike, we found a new sub shop!“

Asked for a high chair, and she had to go outside (?) to get it. Food was made right, and it was fresh. I was turned down when trying to use a coupon.“

“The service is the fastest and most friendly and helpful as well as they know their products and explain them well . My daughter and I went in around 7 PM on 9/20/18 and ordered 6 subs all different and unique and they had the whole order done and ready in under 5 minutes and both gentlemen were extremely prompt and friendly. They were kind enough to change gloves when making my daughter her gluten free sub!“

The customer service is great, everyone has a smile on there face and very helpful as far as accommodating for dietary needs. “I went into Jersey Mike’s in Attleboro yesterday and it was around 12:15 of a very busy Friday. It’s the first time I’ve been in Jersey Mike’s and I was very impressed. The staff was fast and very friendly. They chatted with each customer and you felt a sense of community and belonging. I was very impressed to see they cut the deli meat for your sandwich right in front of the customer and he was fast and very proficient at placing the slices on the bread. Each sandwich looked very professional and neat. As I said before he (the owner/manager possibly) he safely chatted with the customer while he built their sandwich for them. The woman doing the “fixings” for the food was also fast and friendly to each customer. The whole team worked as one and it really was very nice to see the community and life coming back into the food service around here. They worked as if they shared a heartbeat. My mom placed it online and I picked it up for us to have together on our lunch breaks. We got 2 sandos, 2 drinks, and 2 chips. And right as I was walking out to my car, bam the paper bag broke and chain reaction I watch one of our drinks spill all over the sidewalk. “I went to this location today after ordering online. Payment went through and I went to pick it up. I guess there was an issue with the system and the order wasn't placed through even though it was paid for. The employees working were so nice And helpful doing what they could in the situation. An attempt to call the owner was made but being a Sunday afternoon they couldn't be reached which I understand. I did end up having to re order in person and pay again but a refund to my online account went through just hours later. I just want to commend the employees that tried their best to help me in a situation that was out of their control. Technology sucks sometimes but good customer service and understanding goes a long way.“

“This review is for the bearded man that quietly and politely helped me today-I feel bad that I didn’t get his name. He built my sandwich with more care than any subway employee that’s ever helped me, I felt like he made my sandwich how he would’ve made his own. He laid out a few soggy looking cucumbers on my sandwich and without me having to ask plucked them right back off and replaced them with fresh ones-rare to see at a subway but very much appreciated.
