“This place is sooo yummy!!! I love how the meal has protein, veggies and starch!!! Everything was delicious, the chicken and lamb! My favorite is the lamb and this place makes it very flavorful as well tender.

Must try this place as well as the service is very fast/efficient!

“On one of the first days at my company, a colleague took me to the old New York Deli on Temple Street and introduced me to Kadhim. I couldn't understand why he would take the time - it's not like this guy is going to remember me out of all of the people who come through there. My mistake - every time I would see him over the years, at whatever location, Kadhim would come from behind the counter and greet me by name like an old friend. Understand - he was told my name once, over 20 years ago. I don't even go out to lunch very often - sometimes it would be years between visits to one of the Falafel King locations. But every time I enter, it's a big smile and greeting and an expression of appreciation that cannot be faked...go check them out!“

“Everyday they have a special item in their menu. I had a lamb kofta plate that comes with rice, salad, pita, hummus and yogurt. The kofta was over fried and was full of oil as the rice layer was covered with oil.
Also Baklava was good as it was not too sweet.

Above all the taste was good and portion size was enough to kill a hungry stomach for $16. Very clean space but surprisingly they still use a cover in front of the counter like good Covid days.“

“When I lived in Boston, I came to their basement Haymarket located Arabic store often. Meats, fish, spices, sweets, homemade flat bread, etc. I went there again 10 days ago and it still has it all. This place is a Boston treasure. Always friendly employees. You should check it out.“

“I've played in a lot of clubs in a lot of places and the Middle East is one of the best. The place has an incredible vibe, great food, and great music. Everyone on staff was wonderful and the bartender, Lauren, was truly exceptional. Thanks to everyone at the club for a killer night. See you next time!

“Went to "Dig Deep's Last Dance" and had an amazing time. The vibe was absolutely on point—chill crowd, friendly staff, and the house music hit the spot. I loved that there was no cover and no dress code; it made the whole night feel so laid-back but still packed with electric energy.

“Whenever we’re in Boston this is a must-have. The softest pita, felafel that is both moist and delicous, tehina with a perfect consistency, and the sehug that packs a flavorful punch that will take you allll the way to flavortown. The shawarma is wonderful and the ingredients are all fresh. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit!“

“We usually order from a different Shawarma place in Somerville, but decided to give Sam's a try. The food was very good, and in good sized portions. They were good about following requests to leave things out of the wraps. Note that they do the style with fries on the side rather than in the wrap. My only complaint is that they list some, but not all, of the ingredients on their site. So if you have things you can't eat, I definitely recommend calling them to double check. My partner can't do creamy sauces, and they listed tahini sauce but not garlic sauce in the lamb/beef shawarma, which ended up being a problem. Not a huge thing, just annoying that they make it look like everything is listed when it isn't.“

“Good halal options. Grill lamb rice is tasty. The salad portion is great. Fries are delicious . They have limited options for sauces, and the quantity of sauces is small. The double lamb burger was just okay. Platter and kebab are good options to eat, it comes with pita bread and the quantity of fries is great.“

“To Dine For created platters for an event we had in the area for 80 people. They were absolutely wonderful to work with as we figured out the menu, presentation, etc. The platters they created were so beautiful and the food was fantastic. It was all delicious but the beet hummus was especially delightful and the spanikopita is the best I've ever had! Highly recommend not only for lunch but for catering.“

I have spent so much money here that I can probably not afford, but it doesn't matter because it is always worth it. “Just ordered here a pick up and food (Lamb shawarma plate) was great. I am posting as surprised by the reviews last few years but it seems like some ownership changes happened since pandemic and prior to now. And I forgot about this place last few years but drove by it the other day and kept thinking about how good the food was in my memory so ordered today. FYI Menu only has authentic items today as it did in past no Latin American items. Salad was fresh and had dressing and feta, rice was soft and flavorful, and lamb was as good as in my memory with yogurt dressing on top. So not sure what happened last few years but I’d encourage ppl who liked in past to try again. Will update this review in future if quality changes but to me was good and as I remembered and will order again.“

“This place was ?!!! I didn't have water but even though they only had bottled water they gave it to me for free! They also gave everyone in the entire restaurant free ice cream. The food was great and service was fantastic! Definitely 5 stars!“

“I’m eating the Chicken Skewer bowl as we speak and for 14$ , it’s delicious and incredible value for your buck . Worth a 10 minute wait .tender Chicken It’s all full flavored and fresh , very fluffy rice and excellent hummus.

“Falafel Corner is one of my favorite Boston-area falafel spots. For a tiny place next to a university that's open until 3am, you might be expecting food that's best consumed drunk, but you'd be wrong. The falafel has a delightful herby flavor that always pleasantly surprises me, and it's got an excellent consistency as well. I will admit I haven't tried much else on the menu, but that's only because I can't pass up their falafel.“

“Expected more, especially for the price. The meat was precut, not from the spit, and cold. Putting it on the grill makes the pita bread hard and inelastic but the insides still saty cold. Ordering process was quite chaotic - several people were making the roll ups, switching places, all asking us about the ingredients. At that, two of the three people did not speak English. The size of the roll ups was rather small for $11. Overall, ok but our preference would be to have a less stressful ordering process, warmer meat and cleaner bathroom. For $16-17 a platter, there could also be a waitee, not “fast food approach”.“
