“I love this place. The food is amazing, Kafta, hummus, falafel, stuffed grape leaves, bastirma, you name it, it’s good. They even have some kid/picky eater friendly items like chicken fingers that are great. They’re adding pizza to the menu, and I can’t wait to give it a try.“

“I came here because I was in the outlet and I have discovered this place and I am glad that I did. First, the food is amazing and hands down the chicken is the best in town. Second, the cashir Malak is an amazing and kind person, her manager is great and kind too. They gave us a new item in the menu to try for free and it was amazing. Finally when we left we thought to order a pickup order to eat at home next day and when I came to pick up I found out that I had chosen the wrong branch by mistake. The cashier Malak and her manager solved the issue even when it was my mistake. I would come here again and again and would recommend everyone to try their delicious food.“

“This Turkish restaurant serves absolutely delicious and authentic food! Every dish I tried was full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully prepared. From the kebabs to the appetizers and desserts, everything tasted homemade and satisfying.
While the atmosphere and location aren’t the most appealing, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. If you’re looking for great Turkish cuisine, this place is definitely worth a visit.“

“If you’re looking for delicious halal options, this spot is a must-visit! The burgers are juicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor, while the chicken is tender, crispy, and always fresh. The best part is knowing everything is halal, so you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind. Staff were very friendly and great service, great food, and a great experience overall! Highly recommended.
Kid-friendliness: Kids loved very spacious.“

“I expected more than corned beef out of a can from the description on the menu. The home fries were cold. Good sized portions and the service was adequate. We chose another breakfast place for the next day. Great location, though, in a walkable neighborhood .“

“Another American fast food that I haven't heard of before. The food would have been rated 5 stars if it wasn't so soaked (the bun wasn't crispy). Maybe because we took takeout and everything got mixed up. However, the taste was quite nice. Quite quickly, but not too quickly served like in fast food, hehe. The interior of the bar is cool, vandal-like, skater-like, but original“

“My all time favorite spot for spicy chicken sliders / tenders. Little pricy but It’s worth the taste. In the location I like the ambience and also the food is served hot, at other locations I have experienced serving cold sliders which not worth of enjoying. That’s the reason I drive to this location which is 30 minutes away from my place though I have another location 5 minutes away from my home. So far I might have recommended this place to atleast 50 people and guess what, no one was disappointed with the food. It’s the best best best spicy chicken sliders place which everyone would like to go back again and again. I would suggest not to take out the order you’ll miss the opportunity of enjoying the hot food. Last thing is, there fries are the best.
Vegetarian options: No vegetarian option I am aware of except fries“
“I ordered the dry fried noodles and the small plate chicken. The service was quick (took 10 minutes). The food was nice and I enjoyed the fried noodles more than the chicken plate. It would have been better if the chicken plate had boneless chicken pieces. Quantity was also good but I felt like the price is too high. Overall a decent place that I would probably come back to try the other things on the menu.“

“We have never been and it was one of the best meals we have had! The chicken was so flavorful and wasn’t dry at all. The sandwiches were delicious and portion sizes are not for the faint of heart. We had leftovers for 2 meals! The staff was kind and patient with us as we had a few extra questions since we had never been before. There were lots of people enjoying their meals and it was very clear that this was a local favorite. We will definitely be back!“

“Spectacular Moroccan style pastries and breads. The chocolate croissant was a discovery! Amazing. And maybe one of the best acai bowls in Everett, which is definitely the acai bowl capital of the US. Come and gaze...and then graze this bakery case!“

“Dave's Hot Chicken is a fantastic spot for juicy, flavorful chicken. The ability to customize the heat level is a great touch. Their Dave's Sauce is a perfect complement, especially when dipped with fries or chicken. The Boston-inspired graffiti decor adds a cool, unique vibe to the restaurant. While the food is delicious, it's on the pricier side.“

“Excellent! We threw a large retirement party at my office and the retiree requested Indian food. Not too familiar with the cuisine, I called Zam Zam’s and the owner Muhammad invited my fellow party planner and I to a taste testing and helped us plan the menu. The party was a huge success, and everyone complimented the food. It was fresh, delicious and there was the perfect balance between chicken and vegetarian options!“

“We usually order from a different Shawarma place in Somerville, but decided to give Sam's a try. The food was very good, and in good sized portions. They were good about following requests to leave things out of the wraps. Note that they do the style with fries on the side rather than in the wrap. My only complaint is that they list some, but not all, of the ingredients on their site. So if you have things you can't eat, I definitely recommend calling them to double check. My partner can't do creamy sauces, and they listed tahini sauce but not garlic sauce in the lamb/beef shawarma, which ended up being a problem. Not a huge thing, just annoying that they make it look like everything is listed when it isn't.“

“Amazing traditional Punjabi food. Feels very authentic and the flavors are amazing. Very accommodative on customization. Vegetarian thali is the combo I’ve ever eaten. Their chats are also amazing. Masala Chai is nice. Kind people who serve food with lots of dedication. My go to place when I want to feel good with homely authentic Indian style food. Great presentation of food and genuinely tasty food.
Dietary restrictions: Very accomodative
Kid-friendliness: Yes“

“I knew this place from Too Good To Go Apps.
I ordered the surprise bag and received shawarma rice with chicken.
It was a good deal since I only paid for $7ish
The food was delicious, and there were plenty tables for you to enjoy dinner with your friends.
And the food was halal.“

“On one of the first days at my company, a colleague took me to the old New York Deli on Temple Street and introduced me to Kadhim. I couldn't understand why he would take the time - it's not like this guy is going to remember me out of all of the people who come through there. My mistake - every time I would see him over the years, at whatever location, Kadhim would come from behind the counter and greet me by name like an old friend. Understand - he was told my name once, over 20 years ago. I don't even go out to lunch very often - sometimes it would be years between visits to one of the Falafel King locations. But every time I enter, it's a big smile and greeting and an expression of appreciation that cannot be faked...go check them out!“

“I had just missed my flight back home and after 5 hours at the airport things began to look rather grim. I then decided to take a walk and by complete luck happened to use this location as a pickup spot for my Uber. What started as me wanting a small snack then turned into a newfound appreciation for Somali cuisine and an eating experience I will have yet to forget. Tawakal Halal gave me the best food and service in about 14 minutes than other establishments have managed to give me in an hour, so great in fact, that I wouldn’t have forgiven myself if I didn’t go a second time before I left. The food by itself is beyond amazing and I could write a whole review entirely on how great the food is, however, my personal favorites were the Goat Biryani and the Halwa as an excellent dessert option after. In addition to the food, the service here was amazing as well. The staff were always making sure I had everything I needed and doing everything they could to make my experience there a pleasant one, even offering me tea as I waited for my Uber. All in all, the best way I could describe this café to anyone wanting to know more about it is that it is truly everything you could ever ask for in a dining experience: fantastic food and amazing service. It even no longer made me upset that I missed my flight that day for if I hadn’t, I would have never been able to find this gem of a café. Thank you, Tawakal Halal, so much for giving me an experience I will never forget and know that when I return to Boston, you can bet the first stop on my itinerary will be your café. (The photos used in this review were taken from Tawakal Halal’s Instagram page with permission from Tawakal Halal)“

“Wow! This unassuming stall in the 88 Food Connection is home to some really excellent food. We thoroughly enjoy the lamb pilaf and beef noodle soup. The chefs are also very nice folks and we're happy to support this place.

“When I lived in Boston, I came to their basement Haymarket located Arabic store often. Meats, fish, spices, sweets, homemade flat bread, etc. I went there again 10 days ago and it still has it all. This place is a Boston treasure. Always friendly employees. You should check it out.“

“Have eaten here several times over the past year. The food has always been delicious, absolutely fresh (the tabouleh tastes made-to-order) and overall have enjoyed the experience. Yes, it's a one-man show and sometimes the food takes longer than what you usually expect, but it's been worth the wait. Will definitely return.“
“Quality is that of what I would imagine an authentic street-side indian vendor would resemble. Prices are definitely fair for what's offered in comparison to more "upscale" indian restaurants. This is more of a bare bones, no frills type of place. As mentioned, it could easily be popped out of a street-side shop in Mumbai and implanted in Boston . Been going here for last 10 Years and love the quality and authentic indian food here !!“

“My family’s favorite pizza! The people there are also always friendly and helpful. My 17 year old said the chicken bacon ranch pizza is the best they have ever had. I love the cheese so much - I know I should also branch out but it really is so good. Also, the salad and their ranch dressing is so good, fresh, and I loved that it had lots of carrot and cucumber slices, and green pepper. Yum!“

“Arrived at hospital an hour and a half early with plenty of time for lunch! This wonderful and authentic Indian restaurant was just the solution I needed! I asked for medium heat on my chicken curry and it was quite spicy! 🌶️ very delicious! This is more of a takeaway place but they have a few tables. Super nice staff! Curry 🍛 was great! Trays and plastic cutlery. My only complaint is I needed more napkins. Super happy with my impromptu luncheon!“

“The food was excellent. There was a fair amount of heat and spice, but it was balanced nicely with well-developed flavors. Even on a 95 ° f day, outside dining was comfortable because of the strong cross breeze and shade.“

“Expected more, especially for the price. The meat was precut, not from the spit, and cold. Putting it on the grill makes the pita bread hard and inelastic but the insides still saty cold. Ordering process was quite chaotic - several people were making the roll ups, switching places, all asking us about the ingredients. At that, two of the three people did not speak English. The size of the roll ups was rather small for $11. Overall, ok but our preference would be to have a less stressful ordering process, warmer meat and cleaner bathroom. For $16-17 a platter, there could also be a waitee, not “fast food approach”.“

“We were craving a hearty falafel sandwich as it’s done the Mediterranean way. My sister have heard of Flafel Corner and suggested we try it coming out of Harvard square. Best decision! Delicious, freshly made, hearty, generous comfort food. Simple no frills setting but super clean with soul. Yaser from Alexandria was the kindest, most welcoming and generous host. We’ll return for many when in the neighborhood.“
