“This place is superb. The food was delicious, fresh, tasty, VERY SUBSTANTIAL (one bowl will feed 3!) and a delight. The owner welcomed us with grace and kindness and told us that if it wasn't to our liking, he would make it right. We were gifted Rice Pudding (the cinnamon....oy vey!) and Baklava. Will be back every time I go to Mass General for treatment.“

We thoroughly enjoyed the butternut squash hummus, falafel, and cauliflower & quinoa tabouleh but the real highlight for us was the apple cider! Holy. It was the best we had on our trip around New England. Not too sweet, served nice & hot, lightly spiced and so, so good! The service was wonderful as well! “First visit today, although we live somewhat in the neighborhood and I am already kicking myself for not having got here sooner. Red tabbouleh spicing was very punchy and vivid. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. Great first impression, can't wait to go back, solid A leaning toward A+.“

update: Today we had the Greek cookies, almond butter cookies with powdered sugar and the orange cinnamon. Soooo good. The almond butter cookies melts in your mouth and the orange cinnamon has the just the right balance of orange and cinnamon.
The service is also still exceptionally good, always makes sure you have enough drink and everybody have what theu need.“

“Lots of thoughts on this one… and, some mixed feelings too. Classic escargots without the shell? Well, unexpected, to say the least. Certainly felt like we were missing out on the experience here. The blueberry tart was really a pie, in both appearance and design. A slightly confusing identity crisis on the plate, I would say. 😳

On the cocktail front, we liked Golden Hour, the peach cocktail from their new summer cocktail menu. Very peachy, very nice! Clouseau… not so much. Watered-down was the word that came to mind right away.

In all, the food was great, the conversation was even better, and the evening was a success! And yet, my search for a French restaurant in the Boston area that can top this one continues... Do you know one? I’m all ears 😉“

“Came here on a Thursday night and will say that we were very impressed. The food came out timely, was a great temperature, and we cleaned each plate. We ordered the garlic bread, the burrata, the beet salad, and saltimbocca (with fresh pasta). Everything was absolutely delicious and the drinks were great as well. You can definitely taste the quality of the ingredients and that it was made from scratch. The prices were very fair - for the above we paid about $150 including tip and 4 drinks.
