“Great Pizza! I was in your shop on Saturday, 29 Oct. This is what I have been searching for. The pizza reminds me of what I used to get in the 1940's and 1950's at pizzerias and barrooms. Thin, with the cheese and tomato spread right up to the edges. Almost foldable but not stiff. The flavor is satisfying and peaceful with a cold drink. The staff was extremely polite and accommodated me with a spaghetti sauce that was not on the menu. Judging from the continuous phone calls and pick-up orders, a lot of people have already discovered you and share my taste . Keep doing the Good pizzas. What a taste! The pizza is delicious,the chicken fingers are Fantastic, We just ordered today mozzerella sticks, steak and cheese sub, a chicken finger sub a small pizza and a hamburger it' was all delicious. The first thing you worry. How is if the food in the area is good because everything is so expensive And you don't want your money to go to waste. This place. You don't have to worry about it, I've ordered 4 times from this place since I've moved here. And it's always been consistently good. (The steak and cheese sub was a bit skimpy but today's economy you can't blame them.)
Edit: If you are not ordering italian subs from Localist With cucumber then you're doing something wrong. This is amazing.

“Well i Harry Jones met Freddy as a member and 2 time president of New England Showmen Association at the club I would have been in Randolph Mass as the younger generation was coming into light the old timer didn’t want to let go of the torch starting 82 I might have met one of my closest friends in Frank Valenti who we all gave his resting place yesterday getting to know this family was a task by itself so huge and so big in multi talented Frank acted like a little kid in a candy store love wasn’t the word that you used to explain the feeling he had for his grandchildren I said to Frank want go here want to go there he would say to me I taken the grandchildren fishing or Barque he loved Kid Nice guy Frank I sold my trailer after 30 years and I had no place to store 500 worth of meat Frank Harry you are not going to throw this meat a way so he back the truck up and we did the old school relay he moved that freezer around like a toy and he put it down his cellar the time we had really grew when I retired from the business sanding and painting his Food Stands he loved the people and his heart was made of Gold God Bless Frankie until we meet again in the gateways of a line of people that are lined up for Garden Pizza where your grandchildren will be our servers“

“I've eaten A LOT of pizza in my day as a heavy set pizza loving man. And I've got to say osteria is my familys favorite!

A short and simple menu. Always a sign of people who know what they make well, and refuse to sacrifice quality for quantity.

I've traveled following Barstools top pizzas reviews and osteria beats each out of them out of the park.

This ain't your sloppy greasy Greek football pizza. This is a artinisal masterpiece of flavors wadeing over your tongue.

The sauce 10/10
The cheese 9/10 - for a pepperoni pie we like getting extra cheese.

The margarita pizza is the best I've had. The sausage pepper and onion pizza was absolutely out of this world and cooked to perfection. We're working our way down the menu and haven't had anything we didn't like yet.

We order pizzas well done to get a better crunch, and that forever changed my perception of what a good pizza is. The staff is also really nice and welcoming and definitely gives a family vibe.

“If you've read anything about beach pizza, a hyper regional style established in the Hampton Beach area, you will probably go into your first bite with a bit of trepidation. The pies are square, which raises few eyebrows, and the crust is appealingly thin, almost cracker-like. Aesthetically - at least before they are prepped for a reheat in the oven - slices don't look that different from a typical Rhode Island pizza strip, though it has a bit more pale white cheese dotting its top. But the sauce is notoriously sweet, and if you order it with cheese each individual slice will be topped with a thin circle of provolone, which is barely melted in the very low-heat oven they use to warm up orders.

Do not be put off by this description. Order a slice - with or without extra cheese, the choice is yours - open your mind to the possibility that there may be more to pizza than what you've been taught, and take your first bite. Almost instantaneously you will know if you like beach pizza. The crust is soft yet crispy, the sauce oversugared yet left with enough lingering acidity to be something other than typical tomato sauce while still maintaining its tomato sauce status. If you have cheese on your slice, there may be a pit of a pull as you tear your first bite away; this cheese doesn't add flavor as much as texture. Ideally, the sun is beating down on you as you finish off your slice in the parking lot next to the order window in between sessions at the beach. At this point, you will either want another slice or swear off trusting anyone in the Hampton Beach area about food ever again.

Like every significant regional food, beach pizza has two titans forever battling for the hearts and minds. While it can be found at a handful of smaller storefronts along the shore, most people pledge loyalty to either Tripoli or Christy's. Tripoli, which has multiple locations on the beach but first began (and still stands) as a bakery in Lawrence in the early 20th century, is my pick of the two. The products are similar, but Tripoli's sauce sets it apart. It doesn't modestly present itself as a variation on other styles. It proudly states "I am beach pizza, and I am here to be a little too sweet, a little too insubstantial in my crust, a little too addictive."

There's unmistakable nostalgia in this pizza even if, like me, you grew up thousands of miles away. It might be that if you ate Stouffer's French bread pizza as a child, ideally as an afterschool snack before your parents got home from work, this pizza will transport you back to that minute you bit into a half hot out of the toaster oven. It might be that if you went to the beach when you were a kid and climbed out of the water and sand to stumble over to a snack stand, hot and sticky and hungry, this pizza will transport you back to the satisfaction of cheap American calories in simple and familiar packages. Regardless of whether you can pinpoint its source, beach pizza's power lies in its confident vision of its own conception. You might hate it, but beach pizza doesn't care. It will be there for you anyway.“

When I walked in the owner “Happy” was giving my girlfriend a hard time over getting German fries, so I said hey man be nice to your customers, my girlfriend is basically putting food on your table, but he continued being argumentative and rude and obnoxious stating “Be nice!? I am 80 something years old and I have a ton of money!” Like that’s a good excuse for a poor attitude, especially being in customer service, but guys something happened to this man that made him so angry. Something had to have happened and I want to help Happy. I have been going to his store since I was a kid and I have always loved the food. Happy’s is legendary and it’s been a staple in the Salisbury beach food scene. Guys let’s remember that everyone has a story and we all have issues.
