I forgot to grab the chef’s name, but whoever was behind the food that night deserves a big shoutout. You can tell there’s real love and skill going into the cooking here. Not only is the space incredibly comfy, but the staff were remarkably generous and fun to chat with. Truth be told, I’ve been a long-time Cava customer since 2010 back in Woodland Hills, California. I recently moved to Boston and I’m really glad I found this branch right next to my home. On my first visit a couple of weeks ago, I had a small issue with my order and shared my feedback with Patrick. He listened, took it seriously, and assured me it would be fixed.

Since then, I’ve come back four times, and every visit has been perfect: great portions, friendly staff, and an overall excellent experience. It really shows how much good management can improve the customer experience when they care and take feedback to heart.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I wasn't aware that I arrived 4 minutes before they were closing. They still made me a fresh roast beef sandwich, and they re-fired the fryers and made a cutlet sandwich for my friend. They certainly did not neeed to do any of this so close to closing time. The food was all delicious. I highly recommend giving these amazing people your business.“
