Starbucks in Salem

“Real pleasant place with people who know what theyre doing! Very organized and I was welcomed in. Today I stopped at this store on my way back home because I smashed a giant can on my foot and my ride made me motion sick. When I told the workers here they laughed it off with me and made my matcha water perfectly. I feel rejuvenated! It is a great atmosphere here in the Cafe with Eden, Holly, and Laila!! Thank you Starbucks.“

“Very quiet location when I went on a Saturday. I was also very surprised it was not busy since they are in downtown Salem. It was pleasant. Baristas were warm and friendly. There is absolutely no seating, they have a bar you can lean against. Not the environment I am used to at a Starbucks, I usually enjoy the seating when I go to a location and order in store. I enjoy the 5 min to myself while waiting for my beverage !“

“I love that it is always clean they have accessible entrances and gender neutral bathrooms very good for me because I am blind and prefer single stall restrooms the staff is always incredibly awesome and friendly I would like to have more relaxing music other than that everything is great“
