“Tonight, we spontaneously explored Ella’s Wood Fired Kitchen in Wareham, and I'm thrilled we did. Despite having no reservation, we were promptly seated in a cozy corner near the bar. Our server quickly attended to us, delivering refreshing waters and delightful traditional mules. The highlight was the special pomegranate margarita with reposado and pomegranate simple syrup – truly amazing. For starters, we indulged in fried pork ribs, a Caesar salad with exceptional homemade croutons that had a cheese filling and focaccia with garlic Parmesan oil dip. The generous slices of focaccia were a personal favorite and very easy to pull apart. Moving on to the main course, we savored Chicken Parm, TAGLIATELLE bolognese, the house special surf & turf with scallops, and the WOOD GRILLED NY STRIP OR 6 OZ. FILET MIGNON with smashed fingerlings, roasted onion, shishito peppers, horseradish crema, and chimichurri. The in-house-made pasta added a delightful touch, and the rave reviews for the special surf and turf almost led to a second helping. Unable to resist, we took home pizzas – margarita, three cheese pepperoni, and sausage ricotta. For dessert, we all enjoyed a pistachio toffee cake in a mason jar with pistachio gelato and dulce de leche sauce. The entire meal was a delight, and our server's kindness and excellent recommendations enhanced the experience. We're eagerly looking forward to returning, perhaps opting for seats at the bar next time. The restaurant's charming decor, candlelit ambiance, and consistently busy atmosphere make it a highly recommended dining spot.“

“Tried a few items in the past few weeks and for us the Calzone is better than the pizza ! The vegetable pizza was overdone and dried all out but the calzone is great here! And the subs were pretty good. If your trying the vegan pizza be sure it’s made with some sauce n cheeses . Ours didn’t have it :( and to be fair try a different kind .“

“We had been searching for a place to dine for over an hour. Our cravings were honed in on Italian. Well we were not disappointed at all by Amari. From beginning to end the experience was impeccable. From the antipasto to the dessert. With the most accommodating wait staff. Our waitress, Tracy, was exceptional. Very gracious and sweet! The food was by far some of the best Italian food I have eaten. We had a apple gorgonzola spinach salad with balsamic glaze. Bread with homemade marinara, which was absolutely divine. We ordered the lasagna with an order of meatballs. All so very delicious! Topping the night off with an amazing dessert of cannolis with coffee. Their coffee is top notch and pairs well with the cannolis. We went away pleasantly full with some to take home. We were not disappointed at all. We will be going back again! “My son graduated from Massachusetts Maritime yesterday 6/21/2025 and I had reserved the larger dining area for approximately 60 guests for a buffet lunch. First of all the food was amazing! The staff and kitchen catered to a few food allergy concerns…and while one could say,” just doing their job…” they went above and beyond to make sure my guests had an amazing time and service was top notch. I can’t say enough about this amazing restaurant. For the past five years we have looked forward to coming here for dinner while visiting our cadet! Lucky to live only about an hour away !
