“We decided to come here for the first time and it was great. The eggplant appetizer was definitely the highlight of the experience. The beat salad was different then expected but it was delicious. Service was friendly but she never refilled the water until we finally asked. The atmosphere was loud.“
“Best thin crust pizza I've ever had, and I'm not usually a fan of it. I highly recommend the Mauna Loa and Margherita pizzas, amazing!!Atmosphere is casual, and the open kitchen is a big plus. Service was fast and attentive but not over bearing. It is pricey, 23.00+ for a pizza, so maybe not recommended for a weekly adventure, but whenever you go, it is well worth the price. They serve amazing looking pasta dishes as well.“
“Consistently good pizza, I never had it before Covid-19, so I can't give an opinion based on that. I love that they have anchovy for the pizza, a rarity these days. I've gotten 3 pies in the last few weeks, one just cheese, one pepperoni and one sausage and anchovy. The toppings were kinda lumped together on the anchovy that's the reason for 4 stars and not 5. Super pleasant staff, very tiny place. Haven't tried to dine in yet, I'm more of a white sauce/oil Italian cuisine kinda guy. Mainly because I don't care for tomato sauce. This is the closest pizza to me besides khop and I'll continue to go here.“
“Calamari me disappointed! Got an order a couple weeks ago and there was a fair amount , last nite got it again and there was half the amount as last time and most of that was banana peppers all tasted good just disappointed and feel as though I was short changed ! So think twice about ordering it , as I will be thinking about if I will go back again“
“Exceptional Italian cuisine- always something new and fresh. We've been here several times and will continue to go back. Every meal we have had is perfectly executed and delicious. Wait staff is super knowledgable and friendly. Owner and Executive Chef always checks in to make sure the experience is great (which it always is). Cocktails and wine list is great too! If you're looking for authentic Italian on the South Shore, this is the place to go.“
“We have passed by this place a number of times and never went in. I will not pass it again. first off the beet salad and Caesar salad were wonderful. Very fresh, unique with the salad having pistachios, and the Caesar salad having these great flat croutons. Very tasty.. we ordered the margarita pizza as it was good Friday. This was exceptional with a very crispy thin crust. They had a special on a German chocolate cake which we decided to share. This was exceptional. I hope they put this on the menu as a regular. The coconut was enhanced with sea salt and caramel which made it extra special. The staff was very attentive, the atmosphere is kind of special. A mix between art deco, and 60s vibe. Very unique. Don’t pass by this place.“
“Super cute family owned restaurant located in Plymouth. The pilgrim sub was one of my favorites by far, and the Italian sub is probably the best I’ve ever had. My husband often gets a steak and cheese, which is also his favorite in town. They have also catered dessert trays for family events that have been delicious & very reasonably priced. Definitely a go to sub shop for us!“
“The delivery driver was very nice. That's where this love story ends. If this pizza could talk, oh, the stories it would tell! My guess is that whoever made it was having a very bad day or was mad about my lactose intolerance. I will say I've never before gotten a cold, disheveled pizza at any location, but there's a first time for everything.***update***I got a call, and they apologized and made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service.“
“Hello, I'm from São Paulo, Brazil. I've been looking for a pizza that reminds me of my hometown for many years! Fire & Stone introduced me to a thin, crispy crust, a generous edge and very good products! Congratulations on the quality of the products and the wonderful pizza that reminds us of our land! Just so you know, there was no pizza left for breakfast! Continue on this path, success is certain! God bless you!“
“I literally eat here at least 3-4 times a week, as my gift shop, Oropa, is next door. The owners and staff are wonderful and the food is delicious!!! The Hungarian Mushroom Soup is my favorite along with the Turkey Gobbler and Maestro. They also have a great selection of prepared foods which I often buy for dinner! Highly recommend. 10/10!“
“This would rate five stars if it had parking. Otherwise terrific food with a limited menu. Also the dining area is nice but basic. Lacks the ambiance due to its location but the open kitchen helps. Service was excellent with dutiful knowledge of wines and pairings. I would go there again and again. Thoroughly enjoyed the food as usual; no unpleasant surprises.“
“Had the pleasure of trying Rocco's pizza during a recent visit to my parents. Was truly outstanding. Excellent toppings (pepperoni/black olives) as well as a basic mozzarella pizza. Loved them. Great brick oven taste. Will definitely be ordering again!“
“We went to dinner here on a Tuesday night and they were packed which was a great first sign (they must be good if they are that busy on a Tuesday). They still sat us right away. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive to us the whole time we were there. All of the food just blew us away! It was absolutely amazing and so full of flavor. I can not wait to get back over there again“
“Went to Mamma Mia's in the Pinehills after taking our granddaughter to see Santa and it was an excellent end to our day. We sat in the bar area and the service was outstanding. Both my wife and I ordered saltimbocca (me veal, her chicken). The food was delicious and the portions big enough that we each had a second meal left! The bartender was efficient and accurate in our order. She checked on us several times to make sure all our needs were taken care of. My wife had a martini and said it was well made.Parking: Not sure of number of spots but we had no problem finding parking on a Saturday afternoon.“
“I'm a big fan of Christina's. Start with a well chilled, well mixed, cocktail with a starter course or salad and finish with a delicious meal while enjoying a glass of good wine from their selection. It is always a good night out at Christina's.“
“I was having a bad night and this restaurant completely turned everything around for me. Starting with the Hostess who was engaging, funny and very invested in making sure we got a seat. We had a reservation but we arrived 45 minutes early. The atmosphere is quaint and comfortable. There is a pleasant chatter in the restaurant from everyone having a nice time, but it is not so loud that you can't hear everyone at your table. The staff is unsurpassed. Our waitress in particular made our night.(Ashley M) She was hilarious and thought we were fun too. (Always a good feeling!) Now for the food... We started with a fresh, delicious Caesar Salad. Followed by incredible Chicken Parm with the most delicious red sauce! We wrapped up our evening with a hugh, delicious piece of chocolate cake and Vanilla Bean Gelato. We WILL be back again and again. I regret that I waited this long to try Strega!“
“Stevie’s uses high quality, fresh ingredients, and the difference can definitely be tasted! Their pizza toppings are portioned generously and everything is cooked just right! I’ve been told by someone who works there that the kitchen is always kept exceptionally clean! The people who take orders on the phone and the drivers are very friendly and courteous. Five star + IMO!“
“Ordered 3 pizzas, cheese, Hawaiian and pizza skin, unbelievable flavor. Light crispy crust with a clean tasting dough. I have previously ordered the chicken parm and that is the best I have ever had. Go try it out for yourself, we will be back.“
“I am so glad the new owners keep all the good the same and added some new fun things. This place is a great stop for a pizza or sandwich. I got the wing dings and fries the other night and they were delicious. I will keep eating here. I am glad it is so easy to get in and out with plenty of parking.Parking: Parking in front and back and more than plenty“
“Authentic Boston North-end dining experience in Downtown Plymouth. Fantastic food, drinks very relaxing atmosphere , keyboard entertainment on Weekends with Joe K… Always allow yourself a very relaxed evening to dine,it is small quaint and you will not be rushed.“
“My post isn’t about the food which is always good. Our waiter was Justin. Nicest kid on the planet he provided excellent service. His parents must be proud. Since moving to Plymouth a couple years ago we finally made it. Would come back in a heartbeat.“
“I eat here a lot during the lunchtime hour because it is close to my work place.Whether I am calling or going in, they are very fast, receptive and nice. The food is cooked great, it isn’t messy and there are a million options. The prices are on the lower end compared to neighboring establishments so that is also a benefit! If you haven’t stopped in, swing through and try them out.“

“Best of the Mamma Mia chain of family owned Italian restaurants and has enjoyed that reputation for some time.. After eating at them all, Mamma Mia Carver is the pick of the litter! The ambiance is created by the tasteful decor and wafting smell of delicious Italian favorites including fabulous pizza. The Service is adequate but not extraordinary. I get the Tortolloni Carbonara or Ziti with Bolognese sauce (my favorite) and love both but everything I get there is 'deliciosa'“
“Went for lunch with my very Italian fiancé and we were impressed! David was friendly and when I asked for a recommendation he went into great detail between my two choice to make it easier. I was not disappointed. It was roughly $60 for the both of us (which isn’t bad in today’s world). The service and food was good enough that we left a 40% tip, left full and satisfied and will be back in the future.“
“Mother Anna’s is great. Their food is always consistent. The service was great too. We had garlic bread yummm, Chicken Parmesan, Veal Parmesan and the Charbroiled Chicken. All so good. In previous visits I’ve had their chicken marsala. I think it’s the best around. I highly recommend Mother Anna’s to all.“
“Anthony's is by far the best around. The food is always fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean and welcoming- the owner always greets you like an old friend. It is always a 10 out of 10 experience when I order from Anthony's. They are a true all American business- they will always have my support.“
“Went to Mamma Mia's in Marshfield tonight. The restaurant was closed but the bar was packed. Got a seat at the bar and could not believe what I was watching. There was a young girl named kira behind the bar not only was she the bartender but she was the bar back she was the hostess, the waitress, the server, the the bus girl, the Keno there was nothing she didn't do well maybe except for cook but she did it all at a hundred miles an hour and everything she did was 100% right drinks were right, food was right, she was right on time, nobody had to wait she was an amazing amazing server/bartender and I just wanted to say I think she was great! Also have to say she kept every single person happy. It was amazing to watch her work and I think any employer would be happy to have 10 more of her!“
“Dropped in with my mother last week (weekday) in the late afternoon for a late lunch / early dinner. While the place was remarkably busy for the time, we were able to be seated right away in the bar area. The food was fantastic. We got the tried-and-true dishes like Veal Parm and the Chicken Alfredo which were both prepared perfectly. The Calamari with peppers before our meal were crispy, fresh, and delicious - definitely worth a try. Overall, portion sizes were large, but not overwhelming, and the flavors were spot on. Cocktails were wonderful and we shared a seasonal (winter) drink called the 'Brown Butter Burbon Old Fashioned' after our meals for a sweet ending. We both agreed it was one of the most unique beverages we've ever had and to spoke to the bartender to compliment her our way out. While not at full 'Boston South' prices, I found the bill at the end of our experience to be reasonable for what we were served. Staff were pleasant, inviting, and knowledgable and the ambiance was just right for a late afternoon Italian indulgence. Thumbs WAY up for Carmella's. Looking forward to my next visit!“
