“First time guest. Had the most charming stay at Race Brook Lodge. I arrived in the evening and followed a path down to where I was staying: a sweet, charming, rustic cottage room. The bed was enormous and inviting, there was a nook off of the room with an additional sleeper. No tv, just the sounds of the evening outside. It was a little chilly and they had heaters ready for use. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep.

In the morning, I followed another path to the dining area where I was greeted by the staff, who were super-friendly and warm. Overnight guests were greeted by the staff like they were family (they seemed to be regular guests) and the breakfast was delicious. I took a quick dip in the pool and used the sauna, then went for a hike. It was the perfect getaway from my stress. Would come back here again 100%.“

“Wednesday night, the place was packed and deservedly so…. It was amazing. Despite being crowded, our host Terry seated us within 3 minutes. The food was amazing, the service was on point and the lounge vibe makes me want to come back soon. Thanks for a great night Old Mill.“

“This place was amazing!! It was "date night". We were both very satisfied with the place, our food and our interactions with employees. We started with the fried potato pancakes, Delicious!! He had the chicken and waffles and I had the Cali BLT w/ onion rings. The portions are great and the prices are right!! I definitely recommend checking them out.“

“Truly loved it! Beautiful restaurant with a cute rustic cozy feel and great atmosphere. As someone who eats out a lot, I wasn't sure what to expect but the food was excellent. From the Signature, Caprese Salad, the delicious brick oven pizza, the Rack of Lamb for my husband all through to dessert, everything was extremely flavorful and delicious. The hot food came out hot, a pet peeve of mine is when it comes out luke warm from sitting to be served. Here everything was perfectly temperature. And can we talk about the cocktails? LOVED the Neo’s Negroni. 5 stars from me fully recommend this amazing restaurant won’t be disappointed!“

“There were 17 of us for dinner! The food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was Linda, she couldn't have been nicer or more attentive if she tried! She took care of us very, very well! Anything we needed, she was right on it pretty much before we even knew we needed it. I'd ask for her any time we eat here and we will certainly be back! Again, thank you Linda it really was our pleasure having you take care of us! The Klondike Crew.“

“Wonderful dinner and experience at The Prairie Whale! Definitely recommend making a reservation because it’s very popular. It was a beautiful day and we sat outside and it was beautiful. They had a live band playing inside and the noise level was perfect outside. Our server, Isabelle, was fantastic! Super friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. Everything was super fresh, local, and tasted wonderful. We had 2 appetizer specials and the bolognese. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was great. We’ll definitely be back!“
