“First time here, and very extremely impressed with the food and service. We went on a wednesday, When we first arrived there was a small wait. Very surprising for midweek from my experience. Once we settled in, placed our orders, and got our apps; it was easy to see why. The chef here really knows what he is doing. Everything was cooked to such perfection, all local farm to table ingredients, such great amazing flavor. 👏 we plan to return very soon“

“This is a really nice place in terms of environment, really warm atmosphere, you can feel like you are at your grandma’s house during the winter, that is how I was feeling.
The service is amazing, people working there is so nice, gentle and sweet. The drinks….. the drinks….. wine and beer are 100% local, home made, and those were just amazing. Different wines like red, white and sweet, all great. My concern, the menu. The have a very notable difference between the lunch menu and the dinner menu. Lunch is basically sandwiches, no too many options. Make sure to check the menu before visiting and make sure to go at a time according what you would like to eat.“

Lauren, our server, was particularly pleasant. We shared some lighthearted conversation, and our food was served promptly. “ok, so I'm not sure what happened tonight, but a far different experience from a few weeks ago. Then Iwas impressed with service, food, cocktails. the whole experience was just wonderful last time. after that girls night out, I raved to hubby "we got go there!" I work in Leominster, but live 45 mins away, so we usually dine out more local to home. Tonight started with an espresso martini...well, they've decided to top it with a cold foam type of topping. so the whole top have inch of the glass is foam, not beverage. martinis are expensive, a martini should be brim full, disappointed and felt cheated for the price. I ordered their boneless "jumbo chicken wings". turned out to be 6 little chunks of chicken, not much bigger than mcnuggets, and they were way over cooked to the point they were rock hard. I had to discreetly remove some from my mouth because they were beyond rock-hard. a dining companion in the group had the same experience with hers.the sauces I chose to accompany were tasty, but they didn't do much to help the chicken. the female bartender was great, attentive, and happy. wish I could rave, but not this time sadly.will try again because I don't think this was normal“

“We live near by and friends have been telling us to go here for pizza. We finally stopped in for dinner and we were glad we did. The waitress was so friendly. Her reccomendations were spot on. “Had an amazing dinner there recently. Went on a weeknight and seated right away. Our server (forgive me if not correct) I believe was Stephanie. Very knowledgeable, kind, attentive. Knew every detail about the menu. Drinks and appetizers came quickly. Had chowder, which was excellent as well as a caprese. Also excellent. 4 dinners came out and every single one was a perfect size, cooked great and tasted delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough“

“Dropped by on a Saturday around 5 p.m. Was seated promptly and waited on immediately. Service was top notch. Food was good and flavorful and they had a nice selection of drinks-beer, mixed, etc. My only complaint if any was the portions could be bigger…but times are tough. Still worth a stop and will return if in town again.“

Its a great chain, the food is good, its a great family place, have a bar if you like High top tables, or grab a booth if you want to chill with ur woman or man or the fam. They got a good menu, decent deserts, alcohol if you prefur, soda, milks, special drinks.

“I visited Texas Road House, which I had not for a while because my experience the last time I went through four years ago was not great but going back today with my daughter and grandchild and Cese, our waitress was amazing very attentive very kind and respectful made it fun for my granddaughter great choice and hiring her she’s amazing.“

“Bailey's has a good variety of pub style food on the menu. We ordered pulled pork mac and cheese, a burger, and chicken broccoli alfredo. The food was good, the disappointment was the service. Our server came to get drink orders, then didn't return for 20 minutes. When she brought the drinks she did apologize for the delay, then took our dinner order. The food was delivered by other staff, and we never saw our server again. She was MIA for a long time, then was at other tables at least 30 minutes after we finished our meal. We tried to flag her down with a wave. Another server came over and thoughtfully offered to grab the hostess. She did come over and brought our bill and boxes. Sadly, this wasn't the first experience with poor service here. Likely won't be going back as there are other options in town.“

“the food was great however our waitress was not. the place wasn't busy at all and there were at least 2 other servers. after we finished eating it took over 20 minutes before we saw her again to ask for boxes and ice cream. when she finally came to us it would be another 20 minutes before we finally got tired of waiting and my husband got our own boxes and asked for the check. add more wait time and we decided to go up to the front where the waitress finally decided it was a good time to make our ice creams. we told her to just make them to go. the entire time we were there it was 2 hours! they did however take 25% off our bill so that was nice. I had 2 kids with me so they were getting very antsy as well. overall not a good experience.“

“The 3 for me deal is awesome.Started off with wings with hot sauce which were perfectly cooked and salsa and chips. We got 6oz sirloin steaks cooked to perfection, awesome loaded potatoes and broccoli which were plentiful and the Cesar salad and clam chowder were great. Had the cheese cake for dessert and it was a large delicious slice with strawberry preserve jam sauce. The place was busy but our waitress was very friendly, attentive and helpful.“
