“The food arrived promptly after I paid the cashier. It was crispy, hot, and delicious, just like I expected from KFC. I highly recommend this place. I visited around 1 PM, during lunchtime, and the service was excellent.

On another note, I was driving to Chick-fil-A when I noticed that Google was showing them as open, even though they weren’t. It turns out that there’s a new Chick-fil-A right in front of KFC. I hope KFC maintains its quality, as it’ll be a challenge to compete with a Chick-fil-A franchise right across the road.“

“I work at a Bodyshop in Bristol drive by every morning today 4 of us stopped in for lunch..place was busy. Don't mess around know what u want to eat the place is fast paced and blue collar guys need to get in and out quick. I got the meatloaf,side of potatos and the cold rotinni mac salad , and cranberry sauce ...let me tell u that's enough for 2 people at 17$..This will be a lunch spot for us...today he had Ribs, chicken wings, full chickens , lasagna,meatloaf options were endless...they have a couple tables , sodas and juices, all he needs is a glass of wine or cold beer and it's a wrap. “Food was fresh and tasted very good plus they have good customer service anytime there's ever a mistake it's always fixed right away and they are very polite and apologetic about it. Definitely will be returning to this location!“

“The food tasted fantastic but my reason for this review is because of the manager Chris, they were extremely busy and you could clearly see he was running around making sure customers were getting served in a timely manner and even though you could tell he was under pressure, he never faulted and kept his smile. Thank you for great service and yummy food! You picked the right person for the job.“

“I met for the first time a new employee by the name of Chris. He bout soul and smiles to the atmosphere as this is exactly what this place needed. He greeted customers and was extremely attentive. He asked questions and even made suggestions. He made a sauce out that had me and another customer licking our fingers because that's how good it was. This place has struggled to meet even the minimal expectations to making a customer happy. The wait time was ridiculous and at times the chicken was not cooked to standards. The employees was rude and very ignorant. Multiple occasions even food delivery services would wait over 30 mins for an order.The reason for my 5 star rating today is because Chris is a great example of a model employee and this is what this place needed. #that's access #100“
