“I am a company critic in Massachusetts. It can be hard to navigate the store, but a sign above should help. It is located across from the CVS. It seems that mobile ordering is working. The flooring is hard, and can feel slippery at times.
It is an accessible one but no button from the entrance. There is another entrance across ‘Diesel’.
There is a long table near where you order, which is convenient in a way for customers to wait for their order. It was not that busy when I walked in. They seem to play appropriate rap music.
What impressed me the most was the initials of the alphabet letters labeled at the mobile order.
Once reaching the mobile pick up area, on your right, where the napkins are located; with a recycling bin near the closest door. You can buy their merchandise which is hung up in a shelf like a reusable cup and coffee.
The tables are wooden, as well as the chairs with a soft patterned from the back and seat. There are bench style seats too from either side near both entrances. They do not have a soft material. The chairs can be noisy when pushing them in or out. There are shades to put down if the sun is in the way. As I write this, there is a high chair I noticed.
There is a restroom. You have to ask an employee for a code where I witnessed customers putting a code in to enter.
Entering the restroom….no light. I did press the button but nothing. I do not know what the issue was, not impressed. There is only air drying. Same flooring as the cafe. Trash bin near the door.
The employees seem to get orders quickly which I like seeing. Overall, not a bad location. I give this location a four out of five.“
“great starbucks except really understaffed. i went there this morning and this woman was working completely alone, i felt terrible for her. there was a line with over 10 people. i was not in a rush & was very patient but its un fair to the woman working by herself. starbucks should know better.“
“I came into the store with my own cup and they were happy to explain how that would work. They were so nice and it was fast and efficient service.

“Nick is an amazing person. He is such a joy and burst of great positive energy in the morning. I liked that he was getting familiar with the orders and names to give too. He really made my morning. I look forward to seeing him in the morning.“
