“Hands down the BEST Starbucks experience I’ve had in Springfield — and I’ve been to almost every one in the city. Jay and Alex are absolute stars. I came in with a 5-drink order and not only did they knock it out quickly and accurately, but they did it with incredible energy and kindness, all while juggling their closing routine like pros. Their efficiency and attitude truly stood out. As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, I can confidently say this location tops the rest. Jay T. and Alex, y’all make this place shine!“

“Everytime I walk into Starbucks, the staff are friendly and take my order rather quickly. I got a bacon sausage and egg wrap along with a melon burst sparked energy venti. The wrap was nice and hot and the drink was refreshing. It’s clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. It is a little expensive, I spent 14 dollars including the tip.“
