“The beef brisket was thick cut and the most tender I've ever had. The smoked flavor was present but didn't overpower the taste of the food. Even the potato salad had a pronounced smoky flavor component to its taste.The pork ribs were big and meaty with again a smoky flavor, but chewy in texture.The bbq beans were good, but not as sweet as I'm used to, which is likely more authentic. I've gotten accustomed to canned baked beans, I guess.Overall, it must be a must try if for nothing else than the brisket. I was certainly impressed, and I was raised in Texas.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options were available“
