I order coyt piek with they did not have traditional crispy pork the cook personally came out and explained to me and offered alternative options and included pork skin and pork meatballs in my dish as well as ground chicken. If I could offer one helpful piece it would be to purchase a pasta cutter as the noodles were homemade and delicious cut unevenly cut. The nam coyt another traditional lao dish so very delicious. Top of the line taste. I do personally like to put whole herbs but the flavor was on point!!“
