“My wife and I are smoothie and juice junkies, and love trying local places whenever we travel because we plan on opening a place of our own in the next couple of years. Crush Pressed Juicery is the best place we’ve enjoyed in a long time.
So many options to choose from for juice, smoothies, bowls, shots, food, snacks, etc that one visit won’t do it justice. There are so many options to choose from when building your own smoothie that I was able to recreate my favorite homemade smoothie, except this one tasted much better because frozen ingredients were not used. The ginger shot burned going down and for the next 30 minutes just the way I like it. The Recovery juice tasted amazing.
Crush Pressed Juicery is worth driving to if you are looking for a fresh, refreshing treat or meal!“

“I absolutely loved my experience here. my wife and I went this past weekend for the first time for our anniversary and we left having a new favorite place in Boston. The menu is completely vegan and absolutely delicious. We ordered the Chunk steak, the short ribs, the maple boneless wings, a martini and a mocha latte. everything was so good and their house made vegan ranch is the best vegan ranch I've had to date. All of the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive. The restaurant itself is small but comfortable and enjoyable. Don't let this place pass you by, it's incredible“

“Wonderful cool treats for a snack. While in Salem this summer, it was 90ish degrees every day. We usually picked up a fresh made popsicle from the freezer case each day. The "Arnold Palmer" was my favorite! Ingredients for each bowl and smoothie are clearly listed. Granola is vegan as well. “This place is absolutely refreshing and a sight for sore eyes! In an ocean full of junk foody places in downtown, it's so nice to see a place of healthy smoothies and raw organic foods. I was happy to find them by accident after visiting an office upstairs so I decided to try an acai bowl! I usually make acai bowls at home and the one I tried here was SO original and delicious (the avocado bowl with lime,hemp seeds, and Himalayan salt) that I would definitely eat it again. I want to try everything from here!!! It's a bit pricey, hence the 4 stars, but totally worth it!! Also the toasts seem super delicious, can't wait to try one. They even have a choice for paper vs. plastic straws, hopefully the plastic ones are gotten rid of soon. Staff are super nice and friendly!“

“I have nothing but great things to say about the Juicery (North End)! I wasn’t aware of the hour changes and rushed to get there to get an açaí bowl for dinner and the staff was so friendly and accommodating (as always)! I love getting the Bowl 51 and every time the fruit is always incredibly fresh! Best açaí I’ve ever had by far!“

“Review: A Confusing Experience on a Rainy Day
On a rainy day, I recently visited a local place called "Toasted Flats" with high hopes for a cozy meal, a warm drink, and a bit of respite from the dreary weather. While the coffee I ordered was soothing, my experience quickly became puzzling and frustrating.
I had ordered a toasted flatbread, something I was really looking forward to. However, to my surprise, the woman serving me informed me that I wasn’t allowed to eat my flatbread. I could drink my coffee, but apparently, eating my meal was not permitted. She mentioned that the establishment had been open for eight years, which made me wonder how a place could be licensed to sell food but somehow not allow customers to eat it.
At first I thought she was joking with me, quickly realized she was not.
The whole situation left me confused, as it seemed like a bizarre, contradictory policy. How can a place sell food, but then restrict your ability to consume it? It felt like a strange contradiction.
While I can appreciate a business's need for rules and regulations and licensing, this experience left me scratching my head. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon, and it certainly didn't leave me with the warm, welcoming feeling that a rainy day meal should. Maybe next time, I'll do more research and find a place that will let me eat my food in peace, rain or shine.“

“Extremely great breakfast place! I discovered this place by accident and wasn't expecting much when I saw the price, but holy hell, I was blown away by the quantity AND quality of the food served. This kind of food at this price in downtown is like finding a unicorn.

“Cute Asian drink/banh mi/grocery store right on the edge of downtown Salem. The vegetables seemed fresh, and though items were a little expensive it's reasonable tradeoff for convenience. There's a good mix of novelty items (rare flavors) and basics. Of interest is the variety of ice cream flavors, pickled vegetables, herbs including fresh Thai basil and lemon grass, and stuffed plushies. We enjoyed the banh mi which was flavorful and on a delicious crusty baguette - wish there was slightly more meat!“
