“First time try…. played it safe, and got my ice caramel latte, although they had so many specialty coffee’s that I was tempted to try. Owner and or employee recognized we were new faces and asked if it was our first time. When I said yes he handed me a free large sample of their “OG” which was very good, and I would def go back for or try another specialty! Customer service experiences like this are always huge for me and also if your a plant person and love coffee this is the place for you!“

“We just came by boat with two little kids not realizing the new fall hours. The employee working saw them peaking into the window and was so kind bringing them each out doughboy donuts. It was such a generous and thoughtful gesture that truly made these two little kids day! We look forward to coming again in the spring (during hours your open)“

But my passion for cats, anomals said i have to see this place.. so surprised how any one could complain about anything..people were also there in a room for a book club. What a great idea. “We just had the most amazing pastry from Sweet Rose—made with zucchini, of all things! I’ve never had zucchini taste this good (sorry, Mom!). Light, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just right. Huge compliments to the bakers for turning a humble veggie into something so delicious. This was easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this bakery. We’ll definitely be back soon!“

“This place has the customer service that America desperately needs. America NEEDS this customer service. Sweet ladies working there asking us how our day was, if we like the food, where we were from, like they treated us like royalty. They came to our table to pack our stuff when all we asked was for a bag. Linguica bread was delicious, they grill it and serve it hot. Latte was perfect and their breakfast sandwiches are tasty. But would made everything so much better so much greater was the service and a smile. The lady was smiling from the moment we walked into the moment that we walked out.“

“We go here a few times a year. We ordered donuts today for my son's birthday. We did it through door dash. I wrote a little note asking for specific donuts that he would like. They gave us what we wanted, plus one extra, plus a little note. It's the little things in life that mean a lot to me. So i take appreciate that. It means we will keep going back. Thank you to whomever did this for us this morning“

“I have been coming to this coffee shop for 15 years and it’s still my favorite place for an iced vanilla chai latte. When my kids were little we would get snacks and sit and color, and then I did homeschooling with my kids here for some time out of the house, and now we come to read, relax, and enjoy the baked goods!“

“Super tasty bagels, great pricing and friendly staff. It seems like this place is super popular with the locals. The only thing I think could be improved is efficiency of the behind the counter staff. The wait for the bagels was insane, and according to a local is very common. I think he said “if you want to kill an hour, come to Bristol Bagel Works.” While we didn’t wait an hour per se, it was probably a good 20-30 mins with only 6 people ahead of us. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.“

“Food is excellent. Portion sizes are healthy. For example the veal parmesan with linguini feeds both me and my husband. I haven't tried anything as of yet that I didn't like. Everything is cooked fresh“
