Owner and or employee recognized we were new faces and asked if it was our first time. When I said yes he handed me a free large sample of their “OG” which was very good, and I would def go back for or try another specialty! “This place is a gem! We came for breakfast and the donuts were GOOD. The chourico rolls too. I got an iced coffee as well.
We’ve also tried this place for dinner and it was also good! The egg rolls were my favorite, the chicken had its own breading? It was crispier than other places I’ve had.

To avoid the staff becoming frustrated with you, make sure to: 1) Pick your menu items quickly and 2) pick drinks quickly, and if they are from fridge take drinks with you to final register If you do not do this, you may be called out in public by folks at register, and it can be a little embarrassing. “Stopped by on our way out of Portsmouth. We wanted a cup of coffee and ice cream. Both were great. People were friendly and the store had a great atmosphere. After getting our iced coffee and ice cream for the kids we went around back where there were some nice benches and shaded areas to sit.

Parking was easy to get in and out of again. If we want ice cream and coffee we will make the little extra trip outside of Middletown to stop here.“
