“We enjoyed having breakfast at this wonderful place while in Newport, RI. The people who own it and those who work there are AMAZING, friendly, and take the time to talk to customers while keeping service at the top of their list. They (from the kitchen to the front door) look like they love working there and have created a loving family environment. Of course, the line was out the door and down the street, but that was okay because everyone enjoyed visiting each other. There is just one warning, the portions are enormous. You know when my husband can't finish it, it's a lot. 🤣“

“Tucked back in an industrial Office Park is one of the most quaint and cleanest coffee shops I've ever walked into. They have an amazing menu as well as a good assortment of baked goods and bagels. They make their protein smoothies and breakfasts fresh.

They are always willing to treat you with a smile and ask you how your day is while you wait while they make your coffee.“

“Fun friendly place to meet your friends for a drink prior to your evening plans or afterwards for a night cap. The bartenders are the best in the State but beware they won't let you overr do it. But hey that's their job. One thing I know is they'll be open during all hurricanes or snowstorms“

Jasmine green tea was pretty good (7/10) We really liked the decaf coffee (9/10) what a treat. The regular coffee was not noteworthy, but fine. Nitro’s is much better. Great breakfast sandwich, grab and go ready!“

“This is the hidden gem of Newport. I’ve been coming here almost everyday for a few weeks now and let me tell you, after this I don’t even think I can do Dunkin anymore. First off, the iced coffee is a dark roast so I don’t even have to add a shot of espresso. Their breakfast sandwich are thick with real egg/bacon. They don’t skimp here. In fact for the summer only if you buy food you’ll get yourself a FREE iced coffee. And on top of it all, the crew here is amazing. Tell them I sent you!!“

As soon as we walked in, a very kind lady greeted us and took the time to explain everything. They have so many flavor options! Since it’s make-your-own, your coffee will always be exactly how you like it. I got an iced chocolate peanut butter coffee with almond milk, and my husband had the house blend, which he made perfectly. We also grabbed two croissants that were absolutely incredible. “I visited the Portsmouth location for the second time this morning and this is a perfect first date spot imo. The large wraparound deck is so cute & cozy, like a farmhouse porch. & the coffee 🤩 I had a tiramisu latte last time, a cherry Garcia latte this time- I was not disappointed either time, the flavors were accurate without being overwhelming or weakening the espresso, & oh so delicious. The food is even better; the attention to detail & balance of flavor in the dishes is off the charts. I recommend the avocado toast or whipped feta plate, and if you’re not into coffee, their teas and lemonades are just as amazing.“

“My first time at Marco’s today- I got the classic Italian- my go to when I’m trying a new deli- it does not have traditional Italian meats- but the proportion of meat to cheese and vegetables was great- the sauce perfect- the roll was a bit too soft- a solid sandwich but not my favorite. My girlfriend had the Rhode Island brie- she said it was yummy- but not a very big sandwich- great nitro lemongrass Arnold Palmer! Would give this place a second chance.“

My understanding is that they use a 3rd party, well checking everyday for now over a week. As pleasant as Denise ,the manager, is follow through hasn't happened. No email, I give up, for people that know me....I never leave a bad review but try to deal with it directly.That usually fixes the problem. I won't go back and I'm not looking for the email anymore.“
