“Glad we popped over here from Newport. The French toast and breakfast sandwich were delicious. The pastry selection was huge, though we didn’t partake. The line was long, but they were taking orders as fast as the could. This is an order at the bar style cafe. The food came out fast. Nice little outdoor area as well. Popular with both the locals and tourists.“

“Great sandwiches and coffee, with a beautiful view of Newport bridge and the west passage. It is a tiny place inside, but has a lot of outdoor seating. The service is very friendly and fast. Unfortunately they close early in the afternoon, but love going there when it is open.“

“A lively, light, and inviting space with friendly staff and great food. Ordered not your average BLT, egg sausage sandwich, kid cheeseburger, tater tots, blueberry muffin, and blueberry muffle pie. Understimated a large plate of tater tots and had to pack to go.Parking: It's all about if you came off season when parking is easyKid-friendliness: Staff was patient with the child wanting to order. Kid's menu is sizable and filling.“

“Came for lunch and was lucky enough to get a table for 5. The place is small, but the menu is big with everything you could think of for breakfast or lunch. Service was very friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. Food was tasty and fairly large portions. I'd like to try this place for breakfast.“

“My daughter brought me here as I was visiting and it's hard to find authentic and tasty English Food and a proper cup of tea. The couple who owns it is lovely and of course have that great warmth of "Here's your tea love." the Cumberland sausages were excellent and are made here, the scones were wonderful and everything was cooked just right. it's a little hard getting into because of the construction but don't let that stop you! Served by the owners and the cute ambiance of the Queen and the King are fun.“
“We parked up at the top of the hill, so we were close to the Mansions. Needed a watering hole after trudging round a Mansion. This place was just opening when we walked by. The beer was nice and cold, priced reasonably compared to the rip off merchants down by the Harbor. Best thing about it was the Owners. They were really personable. So, we came back for a grilled chicken sandwich lunch before heading home. Pity we couldn't stay longer. Wish there were more places like this. Highly recommended.“

“Was meeting a friend for a walk at Cliff Walk & stopped here for a vanilla chai latte as I was very early. The latte was great & although I don’t drink coffee the aroma inside was fabulous! There were many folks sitting & enjoying themselves. The line was out the door but the baristas were very efficient & friendly! Will definitely stop in again when I am in town for some of the delicious looking desserts & another chai!“

“Absolutely excellent. Stopped in very hungry for a late lunch and bought $50 worth of stuff including a sandwich on their old world Italian bread which is amazing. Got a cold brew which was fantastic and a container of cheesecake gelato which was absurd. Stopped in the next day to run it back because omg. I have an Airbnb in the area and don't often get down that way because we're renting it out but I may have to block off a few weekends just for an excuse to frequent this place while in town. Can't wait to get back. They have several homemade dinners I will be trying next.“

“Really nice and cozy place. I had the Chicken and waffle sandwich and my partner had Philly cheesesteak. I was shocked and skeptical when I got my sandwich, it was small but the first bite tasted so good, it was a bit too sweet for my liking. I also thought it was too small for $12 for just a sandwich on a mini waffle.“

“Overall i love this place! We always drive by and wanted to try out, turned out to be one of my favorite coffee shop now!Drinks:We ordered iced matcha strawberry latte, and a hot Milky Way latte. The strawberry matcha was so good the presentation was great, the flavor was amazing! Would love a little more of actual strawberries but that’s just my preference. Milky Way was great as well.Food:We got a sweet potato burrito bowl, a mashroom filled denish(?), and brownies. Their brownies were so good that we had to go get another one! My husband usually doesn’t like salad looking bowls, but he liked this one and that surprised me!Service/atmosphere:The staff were kind and very helpful! I always (?) forget to ask for non dairy milk so I really appreciated them asking me if whole milk was okay!! Cute interior, but not much space inside so you want to plan to just take out. it’s lucky if you find a seat!Dietary restrictions: Non diary options.“

“Great neighborhood spot near Wickford. Limited seating so you may wait. Feels like an old timey breakfast spot with good prices and classic menu items and furnishings. Simple yet good. We especially enjoyed the mocha cold brew from local coffee shop, Nitro Cart. Also enjoyed the eggs Benedict with corned beef hash.“

“When it comes to coffee, I’m a no-nonsense drinker. However, the maple bourbon latte has led me to driving 40 minutes each way the last couple weekends to get my hands on it. It does get full and loud but I can tune it out. The staff are hella quick. Check out the baklava too!“

“Was in the area, pulled over to walk my dog at nearby park and dropped in for a breakfast sandwich. Cute, rustic look inside, ordered a ham, egg and cheese on an English muffin--you know, an Egg McMuffin. No comparison! Service was quick and courteous, of course sandwich was made fresh, stuffed with a good deli ham (not a Canadian Bacon puck), choice of cheeses nicely melted. I could only eat half, my daughter enjoyed the rest back home. For little more than fast food this was an excellent find, can't wait to try their lunch sandwiches in the future. Hint, if seating is all taken walk three minutes up Spring Street to nice park with benches behind the Newport Library.“

“Absolutely fantastic wraps and sausage egg and cheeses a little bit on the price your side if I could give them a 4.5 I would but overall fantastic food the banana bread is a little dry, but when you have a little water balances out Nutella toast is out of this world. It is made on shlty bread, but the shlty bread makes it taste even better. A lack of strawberries pisses me off sometimes, but overall I did give it a 9/10. Their location is very nice and the inside is very well furnished. Service is great. Seven minutes tops to get your food. I don't drink coffee or tea, so I can't talk there but overall the food is very very solid and would highly recommend them. People are also very nice.“
“I've been meaning to try this place for a while & I'm happy I did! This cafe is so cute and cozy. Great place to do some work or meet up with friends for coffee. The barista was super friendly & answered some questions I had about their menu. I got an iced mocha with oat milk & loved that the espresso was just strong enough.“

“Great coffee shop, the sandwich/bagel menu chalk board gets lost in the busy atmosphere. One thing that was a surprise was that you can only order 2 Zeppoles per family. Regardless that was enough for our party. The sandwich of egg cheese and spicy chorizo was yummy and the jalapeno with jalapeno cream cheese was really great, very spicy not like since other places that is mild so beware of the heat ?. The coffee was very good and the chai tea was a little on the sweet side.“
“I REALLY like this place. REALLY. Muffin tops, homemade bagels, fresh egg sandwiches, nitro, cold brew. Friendly staff. Clean. Inviting. What else do you really need to know? This is a definite go to spot. You're welcome. Thank me later.“

“Alma’s is a gem of a coffee shop and market in Wickford, RI. I finally hit the timing right to pop in, see the market, and grab a drink. The market is pristine with a great local variety of items to choose from. The service was friendly and efficient—I got the iced cardamom latte with oatmilk. I had a little bit of sticker shock with the latte price being just over $8.00 total, but the speciality iced drinks do cost more, plus I added oatmilk. The espresso itself was great, but next time I’d stick to a cold brew.I look forward to going back and trying more of the food menu next time since everything looks so fresh and delicious. (I’ve got my eye on the tofu bahn mi or the 8 1/2 caprese!)“
“Staff here so we super nice. They know my coffee and always ask me if I want my usual. I will go here again. They are apologetic if anything ever happens to register and if something is down. They are always willing to treat you with a smile and ask you how your day is while you wait while they make your coffee.“
“During my recent visit to Rhode Island, I discovered an incredible cafe that left a lasting impression on me. From the delicious coffee to the scrumptious lunch special, the entire experience was fantastic. Moreover, the customer service I received was top-notch. If I lived nearby, I would visit this cafe every day without hesitation.“

“Really cute spot to visit- I’ve only been once but hope to return for the atmosphere. They close really early and I’ve repeatedly found myself driving over from the island to Kingston and on the way back narrowly missing the closing time for here. The service wasn’t great myInitial visit. I was overcharged and only caught it right when I was going to leave. It was a whole ordeal and I ended up having to wait around a lot while it was sorted when I had to get going. The food was pretty good and as I said- I hope to return to enjoy the cafe on a nice summer day.“
