Light, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just right. Huge compliments to the bakers for turning a humble veggie into something so delicious. Love the vegetarian and vegan options and there's ton's of great flavor in everything I've tried... from some nice light tacos to their decadent chorizo and queso dip (available with the vegan meat as well!) ... it's just all super fresh stuff, and on top of that the service is great - wicked friendly and down-to-earth small business vibe AND they get your order ready.

We chose The Spruce Car, (as opposed to the murder mystery) which is aptly named, as it's filled with rich, warm woods. The cozy lighting & up-scale, but not pretentious, decor created the perfect ambiance for a romantic birthday. Dinner service was nothing short of wonderful. Our server, Maddie, was friendly, beautiful, and attentive. Both of our dinners were delicious and the cocktails were perfect. More locals should enjoy the Bellevue Grand. It's worth every penny.“
