“Last night, we walked towards The Aviary's entrance surrounded by beautiful flowers and lots of hydrangeas. Magical. The restaurant itself did not disappoint as it too was absolutely lovely. The wait staff was superb. Nice and efficient and they got every order perfectly. We were delighted. However, the food left a bad taste for sure. We were served room temperature brussel sprouts that were not cooked! Calamari was overcooked and rubbery. Pasta dish was floating in oil!! Total disappointment. Sadly, this beautiful restaurant has not earned our repeat business.“

“I had a birthday celebration at this restaurant. We sat near the cozy fireplace on a chilly night. The cheeseboard (varied cheeses, focaccia bread, honey, blackberries, nuts, jam, greens) and Pt. Judith calamari were beautifully presented. Excellent bottle of Pinot Grigio from Tuscany, Italy added to food, Staff was very accomodating. I enjoyed mussels, scallops, little necks over pasta in scampi sauce. Others had the salmon as well as the bolognese. It's a very roomy, quiet setting near the water. Staff came out to sing happy birthday with a luscious ice cream dessert with a candle on top. I was pleasantly surprised. We will return to this place for sure!“

“Stephanie was an exceptional bartender—easily one of the best servers we've ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable about gluten-free options, which made a huge difference for us. Her attention to detail was impressive, from promptly changing out silverware between courses to keeping our drinks filled without us ever needing to ask. The food was outstanding! The carpaccio was the best we’ve had, and the gluten-free s’mores dessert was absolutely delicious—a perfect ending to the meal. The atmosphere had a great vibe with stunning views, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!“

“TRAFFORDS TESTIMONIAL Perhaps once in a lifetime you find someplace really special for you and your spouse. Seven years ago we went to Trafford’s for the first time. What we remember about it was how it made us feel. Both of us work hard in our professions and to go out to dinner and find wonderful food, excellent and attentive wait staff, and relaxed environment simply made our day. We then came every month at least once mostly twice to enjoy the excellence and serenity at Trafford. Sadly we lost this when the fire occurred for several years. Then absolute joy when Trafford’s reopened and we found the same wonderful food, wonderful staff in a simply beautiful rebuilt building. The joy we felt and the absolute calm and serenity is all back for us. Recently we celebrated my 76th birthday at Trafford with my entire family. It was amazingly special for me and we had our special event upstairs with the entire place devoted to us . Chrissy our server did an awe inspiring service for us making it perhaps one of the most special birthdays I have ever had I have attached a picture of this special moment. I work in the computer software business doing quality assurance 10 hours every day. Being able to calm down and relax completely at Trafford’s is simply a joy for us. “We had an absolutely perfect wedding at this venue! From booking to the day of the wedding everyone was extremely nice, helpful and professional making planning the wedding go smooth and enjoyable! We worked with Sydney as the wedding producer and she was on top of every detail all the way through and made everything perfect! Matt was our event manager and made everything perfect the day of as well! Sierra was a perfect bridal attendant too! The venue was everything we dreamed of and all our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was. Over all everyone went above and beyond to help us out through the entire process and we are beyond happy we booked this venue! We would recommend it to anyone looking to plan their wedding! “The main restaurant is phenomenal! Have never had anything there that was not good! The grab and go is great also! The broasted chicken is out of this world! Nice and hot, juicy, very well seasoned! I absolutely love the potato wedges! But the Mac and cheese I'm sorry it's horrible! I do not recommend getting the Mac and cheese at all! Also, am not a fan of the size of the sides for 2 person meal! They're small and can only really feed one person! In both places the service staff are friendly, very kind and do a great job! Both restaurants are clean and well put together decor wise! I eat at both restaurants on a regular basis! At least 2-3 times a month! I give 5 stars for the main restaurant and 4 stars for the grab and go! I realize they're new and still getting the swing of things! I'll definitely be remaining a regular customer of both!“

“Excellent turkey club sandwich and fries. Didn't know how I was going to eat as it was packed with good plenty of turkey, bacon, cheese , tomato and lettuce. Also gluten free bread. Ladies room very clean. Friendly staff that all work nice together. Definitely will be coming back“

“I’ve been wanting to take my girlfriend to The River House for a while now, and with the weather finally cooperating, tonight was the night—and it did not disappoint. We grabbed a spot outside along the bar area overlooking the river, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect.

🍹 I kicked things off with a strong Stoli Troli, while she went all in on their Mai Tai—tropical, smooth, and just the right amount of kick.

🦪 For an appetizer, we shared their stuffed quahog, which was spot on with a little melted butter and a dash of Tabasco. Pure New England flavor.

🥩 For dinner, I went with the steak tips (tender + flavorful), paired with sweet potato fries and their broccoli Caesar—honestly, the broccoli stole the show.
