Plate after plate, the flavors told the story of a chef who cooks with artistry and passion. A special touch: Chef Tommy’s mother, Barbara, warmly present in the restaurant, made the whole experience feel even more personal. TJ, our waiter, was fantastic — knowledgeable, attentive, and full of energy. This is tapas-style dining, so the two of us ordered six plates. “Great bowling experience - really liked the vibe and it was very reasonable for apps and drinks. We did eat at the Bistro; food was fantastic - as it was end of season i felt the servers were a bit punchy as they didn't seem to care too much... i am not saying it was bad serivce, but it was not as good as the food was... if you get my drift. I would go back and highly recommend this for family bowling and dinner - or a night out with that special person (i bowled out of my shoes 125ish - for those with big or small hands, they have every size bowling ball you can imagine - finally) -- DK“
