It's one of the best poppy seed bagels I've had in a long time, and the homemade chive cream cheese pairs so perfectly with the smoked salmon. It made my day eating this bagel after work. I love lox. It's one of the sweetest gifts a guest has ever given me. 💕 When I travel the coast looking at lighthouses this winter, this bagel shop will definitely be on my places to stop. “This was my first time and I had a very good experience. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. This is very important to set the tone for any business.

I ordered a toasted everything bagel with lox spread and veggies. The bagel was fresh and tasty. The tomatoes actually tasted like fresh tomatoes! The fact that this stands out speaks to other businesses that may not use as fresh ingredients.

The lox spread has a nice texture and is subtly flavored. I would recommend that if you want a strong lox taste to also order their smoked salmon.

I also ordered a large iced coffee. The coffee was delicious and the large was gigantic, which made me very happy.

Accessibility: the staff is very attentive and quickly activated their ramp for customers needing special assistance.

The prices are also very good. I will definitely come back.“

“Visited this new branch and and my expectations were met. The bagels were fresh, hot, straight out of the fire. And the scallion cream cheese was absolutely delicious. I also got the brown sugar butter, that came out cold and hard so it was more difficult to eat on the spot. But the everything bagel + scallion cream cheese was a heavenly combo.

The space itself is pretty small, no where to sit just a standing bar. And it's quite loud, with music blasting, and hectic in there. The service is super fast, even with a long line.“

“I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment, as it has been weighing on my mind.

On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, I visited between 7:50 and 8:00 a.m., hoping to enjoy a quick breakfast before work. I approached the counter and explained to the young lady that I had come in the day before, Monday, January 5, around the same time, and unfortunately, my bagel order was incorrect. I simply wanted to ensure that this time my order would be right.

I understand that people have busy days, and when she asked why I hadn’t called or returned the previous day, I explained that I was at work and unable to be on my phone unless it was an emergency. I could sense that my request caught her off guard, which perhaps affected her response.

I wasn’t seeking a refund or anything for free; I just wanted to make sure my order would be correct. A little kindness can go a long way, and I felt that my intention was met with contempt.
I truly believe we all have our moments, and it’s important to remember that everyone has their own struggles.

As someone who has been a loyal customer for four years, it was disheartening to feel a lack of understanding in that interaction, especially when all I wanted was to make sure my order was correct this time. I know it can be challenging in a busy environment, but all I hoped for was a simple acknowledgment maybe stating, “I’m sorry that happened,” and a commitment to get my order right this time.

I genuinely appreciate the hard work that goes into running a business like this, and I hope my feedback can help foster a more supportive atmosphere for both staff and customers. Thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts.“

They have had the best bagels by a long shot and I have traveled across the state to get their bagels, breakfast bagel, and smoked salmon which is spectacular! “What a nice little bagel shop. What really impressed me about this place is the service, large portions and the very fair pricing of goods. To be honest after having NY bagels, these don't seem as chewy in the middle, but for Boston they are good. Also, I've bought a chocolate croissant. The croissant didn't have that flakey buttery texture of a typical French style croissant. But, I will say they've made up for it as it was huge. The bagel and the cream cheese filling was very generous as well. If you want good value and good portions this is a place to go to.“

After that one closed my boyfriend and I decided that the Winchester location and the longwood location were equidistant from us. The workers were kind here and the service was very fast. She was guiding her staff through important routines such as ensuring everyone had a task like wiping tables, double checking togo orders (she caught and fixed a missing item in a bag), she also was making sure things were stalked appropriately. Small details that make things run smoothly and could tell she really cared about making the place run efficiently. In the short time we were there could tell everyone was really working hard and were friendly. On top of it the food was really good and would come back on our way through! Also was very quick to get our food.“
