This was my second time eating at this KFC. The first was so unpleasant, I didn't want 2 go back. But in all honesty, that first time was several years ago. So, I took another chance and went back hoping it was under new management. I don't know if it is but I was hungry and didn't feel like cooking. I noticed the front area was rearranged so maybe they are under new management. In any event, the staff were very personable and helpful. I went to KFC Waltham. I ordered 6 tenders, they charged 15.99, which includes dip cup and 3 ranches. Lady who took order gave us only tenders without dip cup and ranches. The size of some tenders are like nuggets. When I checked the price online, it shows $10 for 8 tenders. After picking the order , I came home and called KFC Waltham, but they don’t have time to listen to me as they were too busy and told me to call KFC.

Firstly, when we entered the location the place was unbearably hot as the heating was cranked up so much that we had to remove everything except our shirts and undies. Don't know if KFC wanted us to be the chicken they fried in their friers ?
