I have been using this Panera Bread location for too long and I've been disappointed one too many times. Today was the last straw. My Catering Order was over an hour late and it was missing items that they still charged me for. When I tried calling to dispute the charges, I can't even get a live person on the phone, can't leave a message for a manager to call me back because the automated message just continues to go around and around. Paid almost $10 for a large Mac and cheese to go. Got home and discovered the container wasn’t even half full. This is at least the 3rd issue I’ve had with this location and I will not be returning here.
