“This location is a disgrace. 15 min in the drive thru and no movement. Sub par service...the food often comes out wrong or haphazardly put together. Where are the standards? Does anyone over 22 yrs old work here? Looking for the adults who know how to run a business... 9/13/26 update: decided to swing by and give this place another go and to my surprise and delight. It was an awesome experience… Came back a second time and it was also a great experience. I'm not sure if there's new management but every time I've come to this location recently, it's been seamless. The food is hot and prepared properly and the lines are not insane! Well done!“

“I was driving through Boston and decided to stop for one of my all-time favorite lunches, Chipotle. I consider myself a bit of a Chipotle connoisseur.

I was initially hesitant about this location because of its lower Google rating, but I'm glad I didn't let that stop me. It looks new and modern, and the food was excellent. Easily a top-five Chipotle experience for me.

The team member who greeted me was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. As a bonus, there's a new, modern Starbucks right next door.

I'm genuinely not sure why this location has such a low rating. I'd absolutely recommend giving it a try. Great food, great service, and a clean, modern location.“
