Food is amazing, service it really depends while they trying to keep the atmosphere authentic, part of that is getting a waitress who barely speaks English and sometimes it can be perceived as a little bit impatient.

For us it's just part of the experience.“

He delivers high quality food at a very good flow while maintaining good conversation with the guests. “Sarku is a long standing chain of quick service Japanese food usually found within malls, as this location is found within the Natick Mall.

The food comes out efficiently, with little wait time for their best sellers as they have multiple staff operating and cooking the food.

The food is quite basic, but for the price it serves well to eat and enjoy. The Chicken Teriyaki sauce is quite good, and you can request extra sauce to be put on the rice or vegetables. They also serve sushi here, but the sushi was just pretty average.“

If you want spice, order the authentic Sezchuan style dishes and make sure to order rice with them. Their American style Chinese dishes are all as good as any other American Chinese options I have ever had. Their house specials are a favorite. Their crab rangoons hit the spot and are generous quantity for the cost.
