“Taylor was beyond professional tonight. what was a very calm, civil election night turned into chaos for a second because of one patron. Taylor was beyond patient and very professional when this man was being very disruptive and she gave him a fair warning as he had been kicked out before. After he escalated by causing more trouble, Taylor calmly told him to leave and he grabbed another patrons purse and threw it at her, thankfully missing, but having things fly from what he hit. Thankfully he did leave and I cannot express how professional Taylor was with this whole situation. I hope he has a perma ban because nobody-especially an employee-should have to deal with this. I will return because of her professionalism and warmth as a barkeep.“

“Napper Tandy’s was a decent restaurant. The burgers were well cooked and the drinks were great. I was a little dissapointed with the quesadilla having all the corn and beans on the side instead of in it, but other than that I would return.“

“I liked the burger. Truffle Gorgonzola fries were ok— I liked the fries, but didn’t really like the sauce. Stomach felt a little funny after, but not sure if that was the burger or fries.

Food came quick. Space was clean and small but not crowded.

Parking lot out back had multiple spaces available and was $1.35/hr. There’s some 2 hr free spots a few blocks down but you have to parallel park. Some 1 hr free spots closer to the restaurant but those were almost all taken Saturday lunch hour.“

“Nice serving sizes of American classics like meatloaf, fried chicken, fish and chips, steak tips and the like. Solid beer menu as well with many offered in 16 or 22 ounce servings. Eclectic decor of retro beer, sports and movie memorabilia. Easy, friendly service and reasonable prices. Loud at times, so if you're seeking an intimate, quiet place for dinner, maybe not the best for that.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly - crayons and a kid menu! And hoodsie ice cream cups to finish for the little ones.“

“I recommend anything but the calzones. I’ve ordered food a bunch of times from Franco’s, a few times in person and 3 times via Grubhub. All 3 times I ordered through Grubhub I chose a calzone. The first time the calzone was cooked fantastically, but the last 2 times it was raw dough in the middle where the folds are. The last time I ordered a calzone which happened to be raw in the middle I just threw it away because I didn’t have time to make a complaint. I ordered another calzone tonight hoping it was just a fluke (New cook? Just super busy and overlooked? Whatever, we all make mistakes NBD) since everything else in my order was perfect. When it arrived I checked the calzone and it was raw again. I made the decision to call the restaurant to let them know and to see if I could send it back for something different. The man on the phone told me I was wrong and that he cooked it himself and it wasn’t raw because “he checked”. I told him it most certainly was raw and that I was hoping for an exchange. He said he couldn’t do anything for me and I’d have to call Grubhub about that. He said I’d have to go in person to exchange it. I said “okay fine I guess I’ll call Grubhub” and then he said something I couldn’t understand and hung up on me. I’m really disappointed. I frequent Franco’s for karaoke and spend money at the bar and restaurant often enough to expect a fair exchange and some decent customer service when I need it. I asked for his help and he offered me nothing. Order anything else but the calzones unless you like your dough to be raw, I guess? I HIGHLY recommend the jalapeño poppers though. They’re always perfect and a surprisingly good size.“

“I like this 99 resteraunt. Tonight Alicia was my server and she was so sweet. It was service with a smile! She was very polite and so accommodating! I had the sirloin amd it was cooked perfectly, just the way I asked. The whole team here is real nice and personable. I noticed they have a lot of repeat customers. One of the guys from the kitchen served me my food with a smile too. I would recommend this to be a stop on your way home in the route 9 traffic. On Thursday nights they have trivia too.

“I arrived after a long day at work on a Tuesday night. The host at the door was sweet, polite, and friendly. I didn't expect there to be a wait to be seated but they were busy for a Tuesday night. I sat at the bar and I'm so glad I did! The bartender, Joey, was so nice! He was a super quick server and so polite and personable and friendly. He served me right away and take away my glasses too soon. He didn't rush me and he helped me decide on what to drink because I wanted a slow sipping drink to.start but couldn't decide. He talked so favorably about this 99 resteraunt amd the people he works for and with. He also talked favorably about his.job and customers. You can tell he's a positive person. I would definitely recommend this 99 to everyone! Thank you.“
