“Amazing! The Reuben blew my mind and the fries are wicked flavorful. We ate here every single day of our Salem stay and it still didn’t feel like I got enough of it. Their desserts are so good. The whoopie pies, chocolate and funfetti, remind me of childhood. I also had the chocolate and vanilla cupcakes…chefs kisses all around. The husband said the cookies were great and had several every night for a bedtime snack. They had peanut butter chocolate chip and traditional chocolate chip. Both were winners! We tried the Reuben, turkey wrap, chicken sandwich, steak sandwich, and desserts. Everything was great. We did not have one item that didn’t taste great. Make this one of your must visit stops if you’re in Salem!“

“My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to check out this new coffee shop after it came up in a Google search. Let me say I had not met the couple that owns the shop before today, and yet I have never felt so invested in wanting to see a new shop succeed as much as I did this one! The owners are a lovely young couple, extremely friendly, and accommodating. They love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I ordered the Pi (egg sandwich) and a cold brew coffee. Both were excellent. They roast their own coffee beans and it had just the right amount of roasted coffee flavor. There were a dozen other things I wanted to try, including the creme brulee cheescake, the baklava cheese cake, and the Greek pies. My wife got a hot coffee with almond milk, mocha and peppermint. I like my coffee creamy, and this was the first coffee with almond milk that tasted good to me. I have found my new favorite coffee shop in the area. Whatever you're doing, drop it and visit Coffee & Pi now!“

The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive. The variety in teas allowed everyone in our group the opportunity to experience unique tea flavors. “The bagels are made fresh daily. They sell day old bagels for a discounted price. The eggs are not microwaved, and the meat for the sandwiches are not microwaved either. Everything is made on a short order grill. I drive 30 mins out of my way to have someone ride do it right. I have not found a place within Worcester County that does it this good.

“I went for the first time, even though I didn’t care for what I ordered, I will go back again! ( I tried something new) The two people working were very friendly. They made every effort when I told them I didn’t care for my meal. I ended up with bagel and cream cheese that was really. My friend had a blt, she loved it. It’s comfy and nicely decorated.“

“I went in for lunch and had the BLT. Extremely tasty! Also paired it with a London Fog tea (don’t judge me) which was also great. I’ve been here a few times even though this is my first review but how can you not like this place?! Very chill friendly vibe with a little for everyone in here. Musical, literature, vinyl, and of course a plethora of business cards from various local talents. The workers and even the customers all make you feel wanted in here. Why do they expect an average parent to be able to have it? I find it disrespectful and straigh up abuse. How is a student supposed to concentrate on learning with this kind of surprises? He registered few months ago!!! And you had to wait for the last 3 days to notify? if you want horrible communication about financial part - that's your school. Teachers are great. Bursar's office is a constant source of stress and will not volunteer any information - should be working as spies.“

“Denise and her team just catered my wedding this past Saturday. We are so beyond pleased with everything. Presentation was splendid. Our guests loved the food (especially the crab cakes!) and there was plenty of food to ensure everyone was full. And then the dessert was utterly over-the-top. My grandmother, who hardly ever indulges in sweets, ate about 10 blueberry tarts. The macarons (my #1 request) were all delicious. Beyond everything, the reason to work with Elm’s Cafe is because of Denise. She was a delight to work with- relaxed, attentive, detail-oriented.
