“Birdies Hot Chicken is a locally owned spot that has quietly built one of the stronger reputations for fried chicken in the Boston area, and the tenders are where that reputation is easiest to understand.

“Quality was great at this location and our server Jamie gave us amazing service. The spicy hot chicken was perfectly crispy with a satisfying kick of heat. A nice surprise was the honey garlic chicken that the owner Gift recommended, it had an excellent texture and great flavor. The rice cakes were some of the best we've had, especially with the melted cheese, and the fish cakes were a great addition that completed the dish. We'll definitely be back!“

“Hey, this pizza is pretty frickin good.
I asked for 4 random slices, I got 4 slices and an extra square one. My man at the counter hooked me up.
As for the pizza itself, fabulous. Big size, nice crust and not greasy. Just keep in mind they are best fresh, when they get cold they are not as good but that’s the same for any pizza.“

Inside its a standard mid-sized local sports bar that I get the sense has a loyal local following. To my surprise food was above average and staff was very very friendly. Full bar, but limited draft selection if your a beer snob this probably isnt your spot.“

I had to try it as soon as I got to the car because the smell was intoxicating. The chicken fingers were hot, crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The Texas toast was buttery and delicious, and the fries paired really well with the famous Cane’s sauce. The food came out fast even though the place was busy.

Ngl this is the best Ddeok-bokki I’ve ever had. It tastes like how I would cook it at home, creamy, rich, flavorful and cheesy. The portion was big which surprised me and half of it filled me. The rice cakes were big and chewy. It also had boiled egg, cabbage, and fish cakes. I normally don’t like the fish cakes in Ddeok-bokki but this was good!

“I have to say, PuPu has come a long way. For a few years the quality went way down. I would just go to Tahiti even though it was farther away. I would say now how the turntables turn. I think Tahiti is gross now, and PuPu has went above and beyond. Check out my pfp. The food has full rich Chinese flavors, and the portions are huge! We ordered through Grubhub, and somewhere in the ordering process Grubhub changed our order location to Cambridge. While Grubhub offered absolutely no help in the issue, both the Cambridge and Boylston St locations worked together to transfer the order to the correct location. This ensured we were not double charged and that we still got our food at the time we needed it. We are so grateful, and excited to eat our delicious BBQ chicken!“
