“I went here with a group of my friends and the waitress named Patty was so kind, caring and compassionate. she deserves he world and was one of the kindest people we have ever met. We even got a picture with her. In case there are more than one Pattys this one had brownish hair and in her late sixties to early seventies. she honestly made my week!“

“It was a beautiful 80° day at Rushford’s. I scoffed at a food truck selling soup in this weather; who would eat soup in this sun?! Then the owner comes over and offers me a free sample. I was hooked. Lobster bisque for only $12! It was delicious and I’ll be having it again“

Authentic Italian Sue had the Tutto with mortadella, suppressants, Capitola, prosciutto stracciatella cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles, hot cherry peppers and garden greens on delicious seeded bread. I had the LaGemma piadina with roast beef, tomatoes. Charred onions and herbed cheese. Both are excellent, Pictured is about a quarter of the sandwich. “We are “regulars” at the 89 which means we dine there at least once or twice a week! The food, the severs, the bartenders and the owners are all amazing!! They know “who gets” without asking. They space out courses perfectly, yet they are there when you need them. They never make you feel rushed but check periodically to see if you need anything! We have never had a disappointing meal and we have tried most everything on the menu as well as the weekly specials! From the house made soups to the fresh pastas, entrees and amazing desserts you cannot go wrong. If you haven’t been there and are looking for an outstanding dining experience try 89!! “I visited here December 4, 2023. I had a delicious scallop and haddock mix over fettacchini with a spicy sauce that was to rave about. Not sure when I will get to Worcester, MA again but I will definitely visit La Cuchina. As a bonus, my server was a gentle soul, Michael. Extremely attentive and generous with his time and suggestions. The food was outstanding with many in my family commenting how fabulous it was. The Baked Stuffed Eggplant is my favorite....flavorful taste and so yummy! “We're relatively new to central MA and this is the best pizza we've found in the area, especially when we ask for extra sauce. Inside is really nice too, and staff were patient when we were in the bar area with our two little kids. We've had a few small hiccups with orders, but they're good about resolving them, and often do it proactively, which we greatly appreciate (i.e. we screwed something up, we too X dollars off your bill).“
