I ordered the steak pho, and right away it was clear this place takes the craft seriously. The broth wasn’t just hot water with flavoring; it was alive, layered, rich, and clearly the result of someone who’s been perfecting this recipe for years. The steak was thin and tender, and it cooked perfectly right there in the bowl.

Here’s where things got wild: the fresh chili pepper on the table. I added about a half teaspoon, and it changed the whole dish. It opened up the flavor like flipping a switch, sweet, spicy, aromatic, every bite after that hit differently. It was one of those meals where you slow down just to make it last longer.

We also had the pineapple fried rice, and it was killer. You could tell the pineapple was fresh, not the canned stuff. Juicy, bright, and cut right before cooking. The rice was perfectly cooked, not greasy, and the chicken had that little snap that says “this was cooked right.”

Most of the food is delicious, best Thai in the area. While I'd stay away from the veggie appetizer sampler, khao soi is very good, as is drunken noodles. The staff is very friendly.“
